Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Planta Medica 82 (17), 1475-1481 (2016). Four new flavone glycosides (acacetin group) isolated from Piper aduncum leaves were submitted to acidic hydrolysis; TLC of the aqueous fractions, purified with ethyl acetate, on silica gel and RP-18 with chloroform – methanol – water 30:20:3. Detection by spraying with sulfuric acid reagent, followed by heating. By comparison to standards (applied in overlay and in distinct tracks), the constituents of the sugar moieties could be identified as apiose, glucose and rhamnose.
J. Ethnopharmacol. 210, 408-416 (2018). HPTLC of inulin in a methanolic extract of Inulina racemosa on silica gel with butanol – acetic acid – water 63:27:10. Detection by spraying with 20 % sulfuric acid reagent. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 297 nm. The hRF value of inulin was 71.
Planta Medica 83(14/15), 1200-1206 (2017). The fractionation on cyclodextrane with methanol of the butanol-soluble parts of a methanolic macerate of Gymnocarpos decander aerial parts was monitored by TLC on silica gel with n-butanol – acetic acid – water 12:3:5. Detection by derivatization with cerium sulfate–sulfuric acid reagent. Through further analysis of the 5 resulting fractions, roseoside and heterosides of quercetin, of isorhamnetin and of tetrahydroxyoleanene were detected._x000D_
J. Planar Chromatogr. 3, 126-132 (1990). HPTLC separation of lipids on silica with hexane - ether 6:4 and after intermediate drying, with chloroform - acetone - methanol 19:1:5 to 20 - 25 mm, then again after drying, with chloroform - acetone - methanol - formic acid 85:10:5:0.6 to 90 mm in a presaturated chamber. After chlorination of the specific NH-groups, quantification by transmittance scanning densitometry. Subsequent detection with a chromogenic benzidine reagent; identification of the CM classes using a standard mixture of spingomyelin derived ceramides. Quantification levels as low as 100 ng per individual class.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 3, 77-78 (1990). Quantitative TLC determination of Polidocanol (mixture of monolauryl ethers of polyethyleneglycols) on silica with dichloromethane - methanol 15:2 with traces of water as eluent. After drying immersion for 2 s in Dragendorff’s reagent. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance at 550 nm). Recoveries for gel 99.85 % and for ointments 103.4 %; reproducibilities 2.9 % and 1.8 % resp.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 4, 69-76 (1991). Separation of cucurbitine, hyoscyamine and hyoscine, sennosides A and B, conessine, reserpine and rescinnamine on HPTLC silic gel 60 with different eluents; comparison of vizualization by spraying and by dipping. Detection limits equal or better by dipping.
Anal. Chim. Acta 257, 135-138 (1992). Demonstration of the iodine - azide reaction for the determination of mg amounts of 2-thiohydantoins after their separation by TLC. Discussion of the parameters of the reaction.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 5, 431-434 (1992). Investigation of the relationships between solute structure and chromatographic behavior of azine and diazines. TLC of 2,2'-bipyrazyl, 2,2'-biquinoxalyl, 2,2'-bipyridyl, 2,2',2'-tripyridyl, quinoline, 2,2'-biquinolyl, 2-methylquinoxaline, 3,3'-dimethyl-2,2'-biquinoxalyl and g,g'-bipicolyl on Kieselguhr impregnated with a 20% solution of formamide in acetone or with solutions of formamide in acetone containing formic acid. Benzene, trichloroethylene, hexane, chloroform, or heptanol were used as monocomponent mobile phases. Visualization with Dragendorff followed by additional spraying with 18 m sulfuric acid.
