The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. J. Planar Chromatogr. 32, 133-140 (2019). HPTLC of granisetron (1), aprepitant (2) and deflazacort (3) in drug products and spiked plasma on silica gel with chloroform - methanol - formic acid 36:3:2. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 200 nm. The hRF values for (1) to (3) were 12, 45 and 58, respectivley. Linearity ranged 0.1-2.0 µg/zone for (1) and (3) and 0.2-4.0 µg/zone for (2). The intermediate precision was below 1.4 % (n=3). The LOD and LOQ were 27 and 82 ng/zone for (1), 48 and 140 ng/zone for (2) and 31 and 94 ng/zone for (3), respectively. Recovery rate was 99.9 % for (1) and (2) and 99.7 % for (3).
Chem. (FENXI HUAXUE) 13, 40-42 (1985). (Chinese). (Determination of refluxed bile acids in human stomach by thin-layer chromatographic densitometry.) TLC of bile acids (CA, CDCA, DCA, LCA) on silica with isooctane-isopropyl ether - acetic acid -butanol -water 10:5:5:3:1. Detection by absorbance at 366 nm. Detection limit 200 ng.
Japanese J. of Clin. Pathology (Rinsho Byori) 32, 425-428 (1984). TLC of urinary vanillyl mandelic acid on DEAE cellulose with butanol - pyridine - water 14:4:5. Semi-quantification by comparing the color of the spots.
(Identification of metabolites of dihydralazine in man.) Pharmazie 43, 33-36 (1988). TLC of 2-pyrazole, 3-pyrazole and 4-pyrazole on silica with ethyl acetate - ethanol - cyclohexane - dioxane - 25% NH3 40:20:15:15:10 and chloroform - cyclohexane - diethyl amine 70:20:10. Detection with Dragendorff reagent.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 9, 174-177 (1996). Study of the adsorption of four ion-pairing reagents, tetramethylammonium bromide (TMA), tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBA), cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMA), and trioctylmethylammonium chloride (TOMA) on physically and chemically bonded reversed-phase layers with methanol - water 7:3 using OPLC. Horizontal dipping was used to impregnate the plates. Densitometry at 254 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 9, 192-196 (1996). Optimization procedures in TLC require unambiguous goals, and optimization criteria express such goals in mathematical terms. If the retardation factor, Rf, varies as a function of the parameters to be optimized criteria should be selected that enable simultaneous optimization of retention and selectivity. It is demonstrated that the result of an optimization process depends on the optimization criterion selected. Substances chromatographed: Metalaxy, pyridaphenthion, trademefon, thiobencarb on HPTLC silica with hexane - ethyl acetate in different compositions.

TLC of amino acids, carbohydrates (monosaccharides, oligosaccharides-glucosaminoglycanes), lipids, catecholamine and serotonin metabolites, porphyrins, estriol, cortisol, TDM (antiepileptics, theophylline), vitamins. TDM = Therapeutic Drug Monitoring.
