The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Forsch. 181, 40-44 (1985). TLC separation of polysaccharides on silanized silica in sodium borate buffer 0.3 mol/l, pH 10. Separation of neutral and acidic polysaccharides with acetic acid - sodium acetate buffer 0.1 mol/l, pH 6.
TLC of mononucleotides on silica with isopropanol - NH3 - water 12:8.3. Determination by spectrophotometry at 250 nm after elution.
J. High Resol.Chromatogr. 10, 626-628 (1987). TLC on HPTLC silica with chloroform - acetone 9:1 in the one-dimensional mode and with benzene - methanol - acetic acid 9:0.5:0.8 and chloroform - acetone 9:1 in the bidimensional mode. Detection under UV; confirmation through formation of derivatives by spraying the plate with 25% aqueous HNO3. Sensitivity 0.05-0.1 ng for G1 and B1, <0.05 ng for G2 and B2.
- Determination of aflatoxin B1 in dried figs by visual screening, thin-layer chromatography and ELISA. Z. Lebensm. Untersuch. Forsch. 186, 505- 508 (1988). TLC on silica with anhydrous ether in the first direction, with chloroform - acetone - H2O 440:60:1 in the second direction. Quantification by fluorodensitometry (excitation 366 nm, emmission 418 nm).
Bunseki Kagaku 37, T121-T127 (1988). TLC behavior of 30 different sugars on silica with 4 solvent systems. Discussion of the relationship between the Rf values and chemical structure. The method was applied with good results to the separation and identification of mono-, di-, tri- and oligosaccharides in milk preparations and other foods containing various sugars.
J.A.O.A.C. 72, 512-514 (1989). TLC separation of synthetic pyrethroids on silica. Detection by spraying the dry plate with NaOH solution (0.5N NaOH in 90% methanol), than with p-nitrobenzaldehyde solution (0.3 g p-nitrobenzaldehyde in 10 mL methyl cellosolve) and finally with o-dinitrobenzene solution (0.25 g in 10 mL methyl cellusolve). Detection limit 0.1 µg.
Chromatographia 29, 435-440 (1990). Bi-directional TLC of aflatoxin B1, G1, B2, G2 on silica with ether. Comparison of tank development with continuous linear development. Quantification by fluorodensitometry. Evaluation of the ability of different concentration of aqueous acetone – methanol 1:1 in extraction of aflatoxine from maize.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 39, 250-254 (1991). TLC of the unsaponifiable fraction on silica with hexane - ether to separate oxysterols from sterols. After elution of oxysterol development on silica with hexane - ether - ethyl acetate 1:1:1; extraction, derivatization and GC.
