The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword

Incubation with enzyme solution and a radio active sugar nucleotide donor. Determination of the radioacivities by using a liquid scintillation counter after elution or by autoradiography.

Direct quantification by radioscanning, using external standardization of plate by calibrated amounts of radiolabeled steroids and internal standardization of bioassays by radiolabeled squalane. Discussion of some analytical criteria related to chromatographic conditions and quantification parameters depending on position sensitive proportional counter.
J. Chromatogr. 575, 325-330 (1991). TLC of 7-hydroxycoumarin on silica with the lower phase of chloroform - water - ethyl acetate - acetic acid 48:24:12:1. Quantification by fluoro densitometry at 313 nm. Detection limit, 1 ng/mL. Comparison with a spectrofluorometric method.
J. Chromatogr. 575, 137-142 (1992). TLC on silica with dichloromethane - methanol - acetic acid 98:8:1, first run, and chloroform - methanol - acetic acid 90:60:1, second run. Detection by spraying with 5 % 4-(4-nitrobenzyl)pyridine (NBP) in acetone - 0.2 M acetate buffer, pH 4.6, 8:2, and heating at 150 °C for 10 min. Photography of the chromatograms at 500 nm. Detection limit 1 µg/mL.
Chinese J. Chromatogr. (Sepu) 12, 189-191 (1994). TLC of gangliosides on silica with chloroform - methanol - water 55:45:10 containing 0.02% CaCl2 · 2 H2O. Detection by spraying with resorcinol reagent and heating at 110 °C for 15 min. Determination of the sugar composition of the main gangliosides GM3 and GD3 in serum by GC.
Chin. Chem. Lett. 4, 1081-1084 (1993). TLC of five phospholipids on silica with chloroform - methanol - acetic acid ethanol - water 50:8:12:4:1. Detection by spraying with Vaskowsky reagent. Analysis also by 31P NMR spectroscopy and corrective method of absorbance proportional coefficient.
Acta Pharmaceutica Hungarica 65, 203-207 (1995). TLC of ipriflavone on silica with chloroform - cyclohexane - ethyl acetate 9:8:3. Detection by exposure to iodine vapor or under UV 254 nm.
