The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

TLC on silica with methyl chloride - acetone 3:1 and 1.5:1 or twice development with cyclohexane - acetone 15:15, or on silica, impregnated with 5% paraffin, with methanol - water 55:45. Detection by spraying with 20% H2SO4 in ethanol for the former, and by spraying with 5% hydrochloric acid in ethanol and heating at 120°C for 5 min. for the latter.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. 8, 170-172 (1988) (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi). TLC on silica with isopropanol - methanol - water - acetic acid 7:3:3:0.5, and methyl chloride - acetone - methanol 8:2:0.6. Detection by spraying with potassium iodobismuthate. Quantification by densitometry at 515 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 1, 123-127 (1988). TLC and OPLC of six coumarin isomers on silica with various mobile phase combinations. Detection by densitometry at 330 nm and UV spectrum recording. Optimization of the mobile phase with PRISMA system. Comparison of the results from various planar chromatographic methods.
Lipids 23, 9-16 (1988). TLC of polar lipids, phospholipids, glycosides and free acids on silica with benzene - ether 9:1. Visualization by spraying with an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid followed by charring.
J. Chromatogr. 427, 121-130 (1988). TLC of cyclophosphamide and its metabolites on silica with chloroform - ethanol - acetic acid 100:20:1. Detection by spraying with 5% 4- (4-nitrobenzyl)pyridine in acetone-0. 2 M acetate buffer pH 4. 6 8:2 and heating at 130-150°C for 5-15 min. and dipping in 3% methanolic potassium hydroxide. Photography of the chromatogram within 10 seconds. Quantification by densitometry. Detection limit, 0. 5-1 µg/L. The calibration curves were found linear over a range of 1-250 µg/mL.

TLC of lupanin, spartein, cystisin, N-methyl cystisin and chamaetin on silica with chloroform - methanol - NH3 85:14:1, chloroform - methanol 8:2, cyclohexane - diethylamine 7:3, cyclohexane - dichloromethane - diethylamine 4:4:2 and toluene - acetone - ethanol - NH3 30:40:12:4.
J. of Medicinal Chemistry 31, 2247-2256 (1988). TLC of cis and trans isomers on silica with acetone - toluene - NH3 - 2-propanol 60:40:2:2. Visualization by spraying the dried plate with a mixture of concentrated sulfuric acid - 37% formaldehyde solution 47:3, heating for 5 min. at 110°C and inspection under UV 365 nm.
J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 19, 544-546 (1988). TLC of cardiac glycosides on silica with dichloromethane - methanol - formamide 80:19:1. Detection by spraying with Kedde reagent. Quantification by spectrophotometry.
