Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Arzneim.-Forsch./Drug Res. 45 (I), 190-194, (1995). TLC of 12 chloroethyl nitrosourea analogues of cholesterol on silica with dichloromethane, dichloromethane - hexane 7:3, dichloromethane - methanol 49:1. Detection under UV.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 7, 386-388 (1994). HPTLC of ticlopidine (T), N-[ß-(2-thienyl)ethyl]-2-chlorobenzylamine (ßT), and 2-chlorobenzylamine (OCBAM) on silica with the upper phase of butanol - acetic acid - water 4:1:5. Quantification by densitometry at 212, 237 or 301 nm (absorbance). Detection limits for impurities were 10 - 20 ng. The proposed HPTLC method provides accuracy, reproducibility, and selectivity for the identification and determination of T, OCBAM and ßT; it also enables good resolution of the decomposition products of T.
II. Catharanthine and vindoline. J. Liquid Chromatogr. 18, 849-858 (1995). TLC on silica with petrol ether - ethyl ether - acetone - ethanol 70:10:20:1. Quantification by densitometry at 280 nm for catharanthine and at 310 nm for vindoline.
(A comparison between the Hungaria European Pharmacopoeia). Gyógyszerészet 39, 5-6 (1995). Author point out the special significance of TLC in the pharmacopoeal analytics. The presented data prove that the three main chromatographic techniques are prevailingly used in the European as well as in the Hungarian pharmacopoeias (i.e. in 29% of the paragraphs of the Ph.Hg.VII and in 63% of that of the method: about 90% in both pharmacopoeias. Thus, the frequency of application of the three chromatographic methods in that special analytical field is in succession the following: TLC>>GC>HPLC opposite to the common practice adopted in analytic and drug analytic.
Indian Drugs 32 (9), 254-257, (1995). HPTLC of ß-asarone on silica with toluene - ethyl acetate 97:3. Densitometry at 290 nm. Linearity range 120 - 700 ng, average recovery 99.6%.
Biochemical Systematics and Ecology 23, 267-275 (1995). TLC of anthraquinones on silica with chloroform - petrol ether 1:1, chloroform - ethyl acetate 1:1 and benzene - petrol ether - ethyl acetate 1:2:1. Visualization under UV 254 and 366 nm.
J. Chin. Trad. Med. (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 20, 591-592 (1995). TLC of ursolic acid on silica with cyclohexane - chloroform ethyl acetate - methanol 20:5:4:1. Detection by spraying with 10% sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating at 110 °C for 5 min. Quantification by densitometry at 520 nm.
J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 26, 465-466 (1995). TLC on silica with chloroform - methanol - water 16:5:1. Detection by spraying with 10% sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating at 105 °C for 10-15 min. Visualization under UV 365 nm. Discussion of the stability of the medicine.
