The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Quantification by densitometry: underivatized substances by absorbance at 218 nm or, after derivatization by 60 minutes HCl exposure followed by heating 30 minutes at 120 °C, by fluorescence at 366/>400 nm.

This paper describes a method of graphically displaying and correlating reverse phase HPLC retention times with TLC Rx values. Detection by heating at 150 °C for 3 - 4 min. Discussion of the qualitative analysis of selected steroid hormones, i.e. the pharmacologically relevant compounds cortisone and hydrocortisone, estrodiol, estrodiol benzoate, estriol, estrone, methyltestosterone, pregnandiol and triol, pregesterone and Reichstein's S.

Detection by exposure to iodine vapor or spraying with 2% ninhydrin in ethanol and heating at 105 °C for 5-10 min. Quantification of allicin by HPLC. Discussion of the quality standard of medicines.
