The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword

J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 22, 308-309 (1991). TLC of berberine, palmatine and jatrorrhizine on silica with ethyl acetate - chloroform - methanol - diethyl amine - NH3 16:4:4:1:2. Quantification by densito-metry at 342 nm.
J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 22, 266-268 (1991). TLC of paeonol on silica with cyclohexane - ethyl acetate 19:1. Detection under UV 254 nm. Quantification by spectrophotometry at 274 nm. Discussion of the transdermal absorption of paeonol in vitro.
Planta Med. 58, 259-262 (1992). TLC of aloins and 10-hydroxyaloins on silica with the lower layer of chloroform – methanol – water 7:13:8. Detection by spraying with 5% KOH. This reagent allows to distinguish aloins (dark yellow fluorescence) from 10-hydroxyaloins (light yellow fluorescence). Excellent resolution of 10-hydroxyaloin A and 10-hydroxyaloin B. Also DCCC separations.
Acta Chimica, 128, 751-773 (1991). TLC of HBsAG segments (HBsAG = hepatitis B-virus) on silica with solvent systems, which were made up by mixing ethyl acetate with a stock solution of pyridine – acetic acid – water 20:6:11 in various proportions. Visualization by spraying with tolidine – KI after chlorination.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 4, 194-198 (1991). Study of the retention behavior of different penicillin and cephalosporin derivatives on silica impregnated with tricaprylmethylammonium chloride (TCMA) by OPLC with eluents containing water and methanol. The basis of retention is hydrophobic interaction, controlled by the surface concentration of TCMA; main advantage: retention is independent of the pH of the eluent.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 12, 47-48 (1992). TLC of chloropromazine hydrochloride on silica with cyclohexane – acetone – diethylamine 8:1:1. Quantification by densitometry at 253 nm. Comparison of the results with those obtained by other methods. R.S.D., > 2.4%. Recovery, ~100%. The results are in good agreement with those from other methods.
