Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Hosp. Pharm. (Zhongguo Yiyuan Yaoxue Zazhi) 13, 262-264 (1993). TLC of baicalin on silica with ethyl acetate - 95% ethanol 3:2, and ethyl acetate - methanol - formic acid 10:1:1, by stepwise developing method. Quantification by spectrophometry at 278 nm after elution.
Biochemical Systematics and Ecology 22, 323-328 (1994). TLC of limonoids on silica with methanol - isopropanol - hexane 4:10:30.
Acta Pharmaceutica Hungarica 64, 83-85 (1994). TLC of chryopanol, physcion, emodin, chrysophanin, rheochrysin, emodin-8-O-glycoside, kaempferol-7-O-rhamnoglycoside, quercinmeritrin, orientin on silica with petrol ether - ether 8:2. Detection by spraying with 10% KOH in ethanol and heating.
Analyst 119, 113- 120 (1994). TLC on silica with 1) hexane - triethylamine 46:4, and 2) hexane - chloroform 44:6, or in a single development with hexane - chloroform - triethylamine 90:6:4. TLC of non-acidic compounds on DIOL plates with hexane - ethyl acetate - methanol 88:11:1, and TLC of acidic compounds on DIOL plates with chloroform - hexane - methanol 59:39:2. Identification by the correlation of the Rf values and the in-situ UV spectra of the unknowns and standards. Determination by densitometry at 255 nm.
J. Liquid Chromatogr. 17, 2495-2509 (1994). Presentation of an experimental and statistical approach for validating the TLC assay of the title product, including the main particular aspects of the technique with a special focus on the detection and quantification limits. At the limit of quantification, in addition to the accuracy and repeatability tests, a ruggedness test has been investigated: the influence of the plate batch number, mobile phase composition and temperature on the assay results, resolution and Rf values.
Arzneim.-Forsch./Drug Res. 45 (I), 190-194, (1995). TLC of 12 chloroethyl nitrosourea analogues of cholesterol on silica with dichloromethane, dichloromethane - hexane 7:3, dichloromethane - methanol 49:1. Detection under UV.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 7, 386-388 (1994). HPTLC of ticlopidine (T), N-[ß-(2-thienyl)ethyl]-2-chlorobenzylamine (ßT), and 2-chlorobenzylamine (OCBAM) on silica with the upper phase of butanol - acetic acid - water 4:1:5. Quantification by densitometry at 212, 237 or 301 nm (absorbance). Detection limits for impurities were 10 - 20 ng. The proposed HPTLC method provides accuracy, reproducibility, and selectivity for the identification and determination of T, OCBAM and ßT; it also enables good resolution of the decomposition products of T.
II. Catharanthine and vindoline. J. Liquid Chromatogr. 18, 849-858 (1995). TLC on silica with petrol ether - ethyl ether - acetone - ethanol 70:10:20:1. Quantification by densitometry at 280 nm for catharanthine and at 310 nm for vindoline.
