Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Agric. Food. Chem. 42, 289-284 (1994). TLC of (3H)-1'-danofloxacin mesylate on silica with chloroform - methanol 85:15 and ethyl acetate - MEK - formic acid - water 3:3:1:1. Detection under UV 366 nm.
Chinese J. Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 25 (2), 69-90 (1994). TLC of sarsasapogenin on silica with hexane - acetone 8:2. Detection by spraying with 8 % vanillin - 3% perchloric acid 1:1. Densitometry by absorbance at 445 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 7, 242-246 (1994). HPTLC on silica with ethyl acetate. Quantification by densitometry at 285 nm (absorbance). Recovery >94% (1-2 ppm 5-HMF). A rapid method with minimum sample preparation, has been developed for detection of 5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furfural. The high throughput and sensitivity of the method suggest wide application to a variety of dextrose-containing parenteral solutions which require 5-HMF testing.
Chin. J. Anal. Lab. (Fenxi Shiyanshi) 13, 92-93 (1994). TLC of morphine on silica with ethyl acetate - methanol - NH3 75:20:5. Quantification by densitometry at 278 nm.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 14, 59-60 (1994). TLC of chlorphenamine maleate and some constituents from Ganoderma lucidum on silica with chloroform - methanol - water - formic acid 30:20:2:2. Detection by exposure to iodine vapor. Identification by comparison with standards.
Chinese J. Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao), 25 (9), 457-458 (1994). Identification of the chemical constituents of the medicinal herbs used in wine, such as the fruit of Lycium Chenense Mill., the fruit of Psoralea corylifolia L., the rhizome of Vladimiria souliei (Franch.) Ling., etc, by TLC on silica with cyclohexane - acetone 10:3. Detection by spraying with 5% vanillin - sulfuric acid (3g - 0.5 mL) in ethanol.
Chinese J. Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 26, 189-190 (1995). TLC of D-mannitol on silica with (dioxan-isopentyl-acetate - isopropanol 5:15:5:2) - (isopropanol - ethyl acetate - water 54:7:8) - acetic acid 60:40:1. Detection by spraying with 0.015 mol/L potassium periodate in 0.12 mol/L HCl, and 0.5 % diphenylamine in ethanol. Quantification by densitometry at 296 nm.
Chinese J. Pharm. Ind. (Zhongguo Yiyao Zazhi) 26, 21-34 (1995). TLC on silica treated with 0.3 mol/L NaOH and 0.01 mol/L KH2PO4, with methanol - chloroform - NH3 2:1:1. Detection by spraying with a solution containing ninhydrin, 50 mL ethanol and 10 mL acetic acid. Quantification by densitometry at 410 nm.
