The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

      Determination of some fluoroquinolones in pharmaceutical preparations by HPTLC method

HPTLC of six fluoroquinolones (ciprofloxacin (CPF), enrofloxacin (EF), lomefloxycin (LOF), norfloxacin (NRF), ofloxacin (OFL), and perfloxacin (PEF)) on silica with butanol - ethanol - NH3 20:5:11. Densitometry at 280 nm for CPF, ENF, NRF, PEF, and 285 nm for LOF. The linearity range was found to be 10-150 ng. Rf values were in the range of 0.35 to 0.40. This HPTLC method was comparable with official methods.

HPTLC of azatadine maleate and pseudoephedrine HCl along with paracetamol in tablets on silica with dichloromethane - acetone - methanol - triethylamine 70:40:5:2. Densitometry at 257 nm. Diphenhydramine was used as internal standard. The linearity range was found to be 100-700 ng for azatadine maleate, 6-42 mg for pseudoephedrine HCl and 10-70 ng for paracetamol.
