The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Elution with ethanol - hexane 1:10. Quantitatiom by specrophotometry. Also TLC-densitometry for alpha- beta-carotene.
J. Chromatogr. 348, 296-298 (1985). TLC of the title compounds on silica with 2-propanol -25 % NH3 - ethanol 6:3:1. Detection by UV 254 nm. Nucleotides with 2 negative charges did not migrate.
TLC of berberine on silica with butanol -36 % formic acid - water 2:1:1. Determination by densitometry at 400 nm.
J. Chromatogr. 354, 317-324 (1986). TLC of aromatic heptaene antibiotics on silica with lower phase of mixture of chloroform - methanol - dioxane - acetic acid - 0.1 M ammonium pentaborate 33:38:9:1:19. Detection by spraying with anisaldehyde - sulfuric acid 1:1 and heating at 110 °C for 5 min. Comparison with HPLC method.
Fluorimetric detection and quantitative determination of organic acids - preservatives in food. GIT Suppl. Chromatographie 3, 21-26 (1987). Identification and quantification of propionic, sorbic and benzoic acids isolated from liquid containing food stuffs HPTLC on silica with toluene - ethyl acetate - NH3 80:120:1 following pre-chromatographic derivatization with dansylsemipiperazide + dicyclohexylcarbodiimide. Densitometric scanning by fluorescence; determination limit 10-20 ng.
J. High Resol. Chromatogr. 10, 362-364 (1987). Application of the top triangle of the „prisma“ model for mobile phase optimization of polar compounds in normal phase chromatography. TLC and HPTLC of ginsenosides on silica with water - methanol - MEK in various proportions. OPLC of the separated ginsenosides on silica with MEK - methanol - water 70:22:8. Detection by spraying with vanillin - sulfuric acid and densitometry at 550 nm.
Herba Hungarica 26, 159-170 (1987). TLC of sesquiterpene lactone on silica with benzene - n-hexane - acetonitrile 30:20:21 and carbon tetrachloride - acetonitrile 40:1.5. Detection by spraying with a) 2% sulfuric acid in ethanol, heating at 110°C for 2-3 min, and b) phosphomolybdic acid and heating at 100°C for 2 min. OPTLC on silica with 1. carbon tetrachloride - acetonitrile 4:1.5, 2. n-hexane - ethyl acetate 2:1, 3. n-hexane - ethyl acetate 7:3, 4. n-hexane - acetonitrile - benzene 20:21:30. Densitometry by absorbance.
