The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword

J. Chromatogr. 409, 426-432 (1987). TLC of ellipticine, 9-hydroxy ellipticine and 9-methoxy ellipticine on silica with ethyl acetate - water - 1-octanol 17:2:2. Detection by fluorodensitometry at 290 nm excitation, 400 and 440 nm emission. Detection limits = 40, 80, 300 f mol for the three compounds, respectively.
J. Chromatogr. 452, 257-264 (1988). Reversed-phase TLC on octan-1-ol-coated cellulose with phosphate buffer (pH 7.4). Study of the behavior of ß-adrenoceptor antagonists, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents and dihydropyridine calcium antagonists at 37°C. Measurement of their distribution coefficients using published values. Comparison of the results with published data. Discussion of the applicability of the method.
Acta Pharmaceutica Jugoslavica 39, 137-141 (1989). TLC of sterol glucosides on cellulose with ethyl acetate - pyridine - acetic acid - butanol - water 25:20:20:50:10; identification of glucose. TLC of aglycones on silica impregnated with 10% silver nitrate with dichloromethane - chloroform 3:2; identification of ß-sitosterol, stigmasterol and campesterol acetate.
Planta Med. 55, 303-306 (1989). TLC on silica with chloroform - methanol - water 8:3:3 and chloroform - methanol 20:1. Detection by spraying with 10% sulfuric acid reagent followed by heating.
Scientia Pharmaceutica 57, 63-67 (1989). TLC of 11,13-dehydro-melitensin- 8(4-hydroxymethylacrylate), onopordopicrin, saloni-tenolide-8-O-(4'-hydroxyisobutyrate) and cnicin with ethyl acetate (2 developments), chloroform - methanol 9:1 and methanol - ethyl acetate 2:8. Detection under UV.
J. of Medicinal Chemistry 32, 1366-1370 (1989). TLC of peptides on silica with butanol - acetone - water 4:1:5, butanol - acetone - water - ethyl acetate 1:1:1:1 and butanol - acetone - water - pyridine 15:3:12:10. Visualization with Pauly’s reagent.
Phytochemistry 28, 1083-1086 (1989). TLC of columbamine and norboldine on silica and aluminium oxide with dichloromethane - methanol - NH3 90:9:1, chloroform - methanol - NH3 340:90:3 and cyclohexane - chloroform - acetone 9:9:2. Visualization under UV.
