Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Chromatographia 38, 520 (1994). TLC of anthraquinone aglycones on silica, using a improved solvent system, hexane - acetone - tert. butanol 85:10:5, for both analytical and preparative applications.
Chinese J. Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 25, 539 - 541 (1994). TLC of total diterpenes and triptolides on silica with chloroform - ether 2:1. Detection by spraying with 2% 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid in ethanol - 5% NaOH in ethanol 1:3. Quantification by densitometry at 535 nm. Also, spectrophotometry.
Biomed Chromatogr. 7, 273-274 (1993). TLC of cannabinoids on silica with isooctane - ethyl acetate - acetic acid 30:10:1. Detection by spraying with Triton-X100 - chloroform - hexane 1:20:80. Quantification by densitometry at 340 nm.
J. Liquid Chromatogr. 17, 433-445 (1994). Proposal of a general approach for validating the TLC assay of an active ingredient in a dosage form. Discussion of the major aspects of the technique, such as the experimental design, statistical tests of evaluation data, on-plate stability, solution stability, specificity, linearity, accuracy and repeatability.
Biochemical Systematics and Ecology 23, 79-87 (1995). TLC of caffeic acid, flavonoids, styrylpyrones on cellulose with phosphoric acid - water mixtures. Visualization by spraying with diphenyl boric acid - ethanol amine complex (1%) in methanol.
2. Comparison of the selectivity of the systems and quantitative determination of hydrophobicity parameters. J. Planar Chromatogr. 8, 122-128 (1995). Comparison of the chromatographic behavior of some sulfonamides on normal and reversed phase TLC plates with methanol, isopropanol, ethanol, ethyl acetate, acetonitrile, MEK, dioxane and THF. Appropriation of a large amount of information about the hydrophobicity (RM°), the mechanism of adsorption, and the possibilities of separation of the sulfonamides by systematic investigation. The methods described are less expensive than GC and HPLC and easily be adapted for application in most routine quality control laboratories.
J. Chin. Trad. Med. (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 29, 486-488 (1994). TLC of encainide-HCl on silica with chloroform - DMF - acetone 4:3:3. Detection under 254 nm. The TLC method is used for product quality control. Quantification by HPLC.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 7, 368-371 (1994). Qualitative TLC of irradiated ciprofloxacin solutions on silica with mixtures of acetonitrile and various aqueous phases. Quantitative HPTLC on silica with acetonitrile - 10% NH3 containing 0.3 M ammonium chloride 13:7. Densitometry at 283 nm (absorbance). HPTLC offers a rapid and simple method.
