The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 25 (12), 1017-1019 (2004). TLC on silica gel developed with chloroform - ethyl acetate - methanol 20:15:2 at a temperature lower than 28 ºC. Detection under UV 254 nm, or by spraying with 2 % 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid in ethanol - 2 M KOH 1:1. Identification by standard comparison. Quantitative determination by densitometry at 263 nm. Validation of the method by investigation of its linearity range, precision, repeatability, reproducibility, and recovery.

TLC of neochlorogenic acid, protocatechuic acid, 3-O-[Z]-p-coumaroylquinic acid, 3-O-[E]-p-coumaroylquinic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, mangiferin, isoorientin, cyanidin-3-O-a-L-rhamnoside, rutin, hyperoside, isoquercitrin, miquelianin, astilbin, guaijaverin, quercitrin, quercetin, biapigenin, amentoflavone, pinocembrin-7-methyl ether, pseudohypericin, hyperforin, hypericin on silica gel with ethyl acetate - formic acid - water 30:2:3. Detection by derivatization with Naturstoff reagent.
CBS 86, 6 (2001). HPTLC of etoposide solution (in 5 % dextrose or 0.9% NaCl) on silica gel in horizontal development chamber in sandwich configuration with diethyl ether - dichloromethane - methanol 24:20:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 290 nm.
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 25 (9), 771-773 (2004). TLC on silica gel with isooctane - dibutyl ether - glacial acetic acid 8:5:5. Detection by spraying with 10 % H2SO4 in ethanol and heating at 105 ºC. Identification by standard comparison. Quantification of cholic acid by densitometry.
Proc. Ros. Acad. Sci. 399 (3), 362-365 (2004). Determination of colorants (rhodamine B, brilliant green and rhodamine G) on silica gel (sorbphil, Sorbpolymer, Russia) with ethanol (amperage 220 µA), ethanol and 0,01 % LiCl (475 µA), acetonitril - water 9:1 (430 µA), acetonitril - water 9:1 and 0,01 % LiCl (830 µA) or silica gel (Merck) with ethanol (amperage 240 µA), ethanol and 0,01 % LiCl (650 µA), acetonitril - water 9:1 (360 µA), acetonitril - water 9:1 and 0,01 % LiCl (950 µA). Frequently used voltage is 1 kV. All the plates are covered with polyethylene film to prevent evaporation of mobile phase.

Investigation of the quantitative structure-activity relationships (QSAR) between H1-histaminergic activity and chromatographic data for derivatives of 2-[2-(phenylamino)thiazol-4-yl]ethanamine, 2-(2-benzyl-4-thiazolyl)ethanamine, 2-(2-benzhydrylthiazol-4-yl)ethanamine, 2-(1-piperazinyl)benzothiazole, and 2-(hexahydro-1H-1,4-diazepin-1-yl)benzothiazole. TLC on silica gel, impregnated with solutions of amino acid analogs (propionic acid, propionamide, and n-amylamine) and their mixtures, with acetonitrile - methanol - buffer 2:2:1 and acetonitrile - methanol -dichloromethane - buffer 6:1:1:2. Detection under UV light at 254 nm.
Indian J. Pharm. Sci. 66 (3), 283-286 (2004). TLC of lamotrigine in its tablet dosage form on silica gel with acetone - toluene - ammonia 14:6:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 312 nm. The method was quantitatively evaluated in terms of linearity, accuracy, precision, repeatability, and specificity to prove its utility in the analysis of tablet dosage form.
