The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords

Chin. J. Anal. Lab. (Fenxi Shiyanshi) 17, 63-65 (1998). TLC on silica gel with benzene - chloroform - acetic acid - methanol 100:199:5:6. Quantitation by densitometry at 260 nm. Precision = 1.7% (n=24). Recovery 101.6 ± 1.6% (n=10).
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 20 (5), 11-13 (1998). TLC on silica gel with 1) chloroform - ethyl acetate - methanol - formic acid 400:50:100:2, 2) methanol - acetone - chloroform - NH3 6:8:26:1, 3) chloroform - methanol 5:1, 4) cyclohexane - ethyl acetate 1:1. Detection 1) by spraying with 5% vanillin-sulfuric acid reagent and heating at 105°C for 5 min, 2) by spraying with 0.5% ninhydrin in ethanol and heating at 105°C for 10 min. Identification by finger print technique. Quantitation of paeoniflorin by spectrophotometry at 230 nm after elution. Recovery 97.3 ± 1.1% (n=3).
J. Chinese Herb. Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 28, 470-471 (1997). TLC on silica gel with cyclohexane - ethyl acetate - diethyl amine 6:4:1. Detection by spraying with potassium iodobismuthate reagent. Quantitation by densitometry at 505 nm. Precision within plate 0.52%, 0.46% resp. (n=4), precision plate-to-plate 1.23%, 1.46%, resp. (n=5). Recoveries 98.2 ± 1.6% (n=5), 98.6 ± 1.7 (n=5), resp.
Planta med. 68, 66-67 (2002). TLC of methyl psilate on silica gel with dichloromethane - ethyl acetate 9:1. Visualization under UV light at 366 nm, by spraying with anisaldehyde - sulfuric acid and with Liebermann-Burchard reagent. Bioautography after sterilization by UV light at 254 nm: the plate was overlaid with Plate Count Agar, inoculated with an overnight culture, placed in a humid chamber and incubated overnight at 37 °C. The bioautograms were sprayed with an aqueous solution of thiazoyl blue (MTT).
