The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords

Detection by spraying with 1) 10% sulfuric acid, 2) a solution containing 0.5 mL vanillin, 8 mL methanol and 1.5 mL sulfuric acid. Quantification by HPLC.
Indian Drugs 32(5), 232-235 (1995). HPTLC on silica with butanol - acetic acid - water 6:2:2 and cefotaxime sodium as internal standard. Quantification by densitometry at 254 nm. The calibration curve was linear over a range of 100 - 400 ng per spot. Recovery 99.83%.

Analyst 119, (1994). TLC screening of theobromine (TB), theophylline (TP), caffeine on silica with ethyl acetate - methanol - NH3 17:2:1. Detection under UV 254 nm, and by spraying with Dragendorff- iodine reagent. Quantification by HPLC.

Description of spectral UV/Vis detection and direct HPTLC-FTIR-in situ measurement, in particular for investigation of mixtures where spectral detection can be used directly for quantification.
