The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword

J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 17 (5), 15-16 (1995). TLC of ginsenoside Rg1 on silica with butanol - ethyl acetate - water 8:6:1, saturated with NH3. Detection by spraying with 5 % sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating for 5 min. Quantification by densitometry at 550 nm.
J. Chromatogr. B. 699, 408-412 (1995). HPTLC on silica with three solvent systems. Detection by means of UV light and color as well as the Rf values in different systems. Detection limit 0.1-0.4 µg for 5 benzodiazepines.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 15 (6), 8-10 (1995). TLC on silica with ether - methanol - methylamine 20:4:1. Detection limit 1 µg per spot. Detection under UV 254 nm. Quantification by comparison with the standard. Comparison of the results with those obtained by HPLC.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 16, 33-36 (1996). TLC on silica with 1) chloroform -ethyl acetate 4:1, 2) petrol ether - ethyl acetate 9:1. Detection 1) under UV 364 nm, 2) by spraying with 5% vanillin in concentrated sulfuric acid, 3) by spraying with 5 % phosphomolybdic acid in ethanol.

TLC on silica with a) petrol ether - hexane - ethyl acetate - ethanol 2:8:5:2, b) petrol ether (60 - 90 °) - hexane - ethyl acetate - ethanol - NH3 2:4:10:10:1. Detection by spraying with potassium iodobismuthate reagent. Quantification by HPLC after elution.
Biochemical Systematics and Ecology 24, 247-254 (1996). TLC of terpenoids on silica (activated at 105°C for 1 h) with hexane - ethyl acetate 49:1. Visualization under UV 254 nm or by spraying with sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating at 105-110°C.
Arzneim.-Forsch./Drug Res. 46, 694-697 (1996). Analytical TLC of bezafibrate (2-[4-[2[(4-chloro-benzoyl)]amino]phenoxy]-2-methyl propionate) and metabolites (4-(2-[4-benzamide]ethyl)phenol and 2,3-bis[4-(2-[4-chlorobenzamide]-ethyl)phenoxy]) on silica with acetone - n-hexane 20: 9; preparative TLC with methanol - dichloromethane 1:4.
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 18 (5), 15-16 (1996). TLC on silica with 1) chloroform , 2) benzene - ethyl acetate - formic acid 40:35:7 and 8:7:1, 3) petrol ether - acetone 3:1. Detection by spraying with 1% FeCl3 in ethanol, and under UV 365 nm. Identification by fingerprint method. Quantification of protocatechualdehyde by HPLC.
