The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords

Natural Product Reports 8, 391-413 (1991). Exhaustive review on the application of centrifugal TLC and overpressure layer chromatography (OPLC) to the isolation of natural products. Numerous examples of analytical conditions for the separation of various classes of plant constituents are given. TLC is used for the selection of solvent systems for preparative liquid - liquid partition chromatography, including DCCC and CPC (centrifugal partition chromatography).
J. Planar Chromatogr. 3, 160-162 (1990). HPTLC of ß-escin, horse-chestnut fluid and spray-dried extract samples on silica with propanol - ethyl acetate - water 4:3:3. Visualization by immersion of the dried plate for 2 s in a mixture of freshly prepared iron(III)chloride reagent - methanol 1:4. Densitometric evaluation was carried out by scanning in reflectance/absorbance mode at 540 nm. Excellent repeatability; (cv = 1.7%).

Herba Hungarica 29, 43-48 (1990). TLC of ethyl gallate, methyl gallate, gallic acid, m-digallic acid, catechol and ellagic acid on silica with benzene – acetic acid 1:1. Visualization under UV and by spraying with FeCl3 or Folin’s reagent. Thermofractography of tannins isolated from Acacia pods by the TAS method on silica with benzene – ethyl acetate – formic acid 30:19:1. After drying for 5 min, visualization under UV before and after spraying with Naturstoff reagent.
