The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Evaluation of 21 post-chromatographic derivatization methods. Achievement of best results by oxidizing ascorbic acid to dehydroascorbic acid with bromine prior to development and carrying out a post-chromatographic derivatization with 1,2-phenylendiamine-trichloro-acetic acid. Quantification by densitometry. The procedure is suitable for routine analysis as it is not affected by systematic errors.

Identification of the products by spectrometry after scraping, extracting with methanol, separating by HPLC and collecting the eluents.
