Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Chromatographia 28, 623-630 (1989). TLC of 9 corticoids on silica with a) dichloromethane - chloroform - ethanol 8:1:1, b) chloroform ethanol 9:1, c) hexane - isopropanol 7:3. Detection by spraying with 1) tetrazolium blue (TB), 2) phenylhydrazine (PH) reagents. Elucidation of the nature of the compounds and confirmation of the structure of synthesized derivatives from the parent dexamethasone by MS.
Chromatographia (Suppl.) 28, 90-96 (1989). HPTLC of ascorbic acid on silica with acetone - TLC on silica with acetone - toluene - formic acid 6:3:1. Evaluation of 21 post-chromatographic derivatization methods. Achievement of best results by oxidizing ascorbic acid to dehydroascorbic acid with bromine prior to development and carrying out a post-chromatographic derivatization with 1,2-phenylendiamine-trichloro-acetic acid. Quantification by densitometry. The procedure is suitable for routine analysis as it is not affected by systematic errors.
J. Chromatogr. 479, 459-463 (1989). TLC of moclobemide and its decomposition products on silica with chloroform - methanol - water 13:6:1 or ethyl acetate - ethanol - 28% NH3 8:2:1. Detection under UV 254 nm. Photodegradation of moclobemide on silica. Identification of the products by spectrometry after scraping, extracting with methanol, separating by HPLC and collecting the eluents.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 10, 94-97 (1990). TLC of hesperidin on polyamide with methanol. Quantification by densitometry at 306 nm, CV 0.37%.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 3, 47-50 (1990). TLC of ergot alkaloids on silica gel with stepwise gradient elution with following solvent systems: 1) chloroform – diethylamine (12 stages, 7 steps), 2) chloroform – acetone – diethylamine (11 stages, 5 steps). Visualization under UV and by specific color reaction with Allport reagent. A simple and low cost technique with very good results.
J. Liquid Chromatogr. 12, 3129-3134 (1989). TLC of bryostatin 1 and 2 and other compounds from Bugula neritina extracts on silica/C-18 side-by-side plate with hexane – acetone 3:2 and 85 % acetonitrile/water, respectively. Detection by spraying with anisaldehyde reagent and heating at 110 °C.
J. Trad. Chin. Med. (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 14, 664-666 (1989). TLC on silica with toluene – ethyl formate – formic acid, 5:4:1. Quantification by densitometry at 350 nm and 366 nm.
Planta Med. 57, 172-175 (1991). Isolation of pure isoprenylated xanthones by preparative TLC on silica with hexane - acetone 3:1. Final purification of the isolated compounds by PTLC with chloroform - acetone 5:1. Detection with FeCl3.
