Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Indian J. Pharm Sciences 67 (6), 721-726 (2005). HPTLC of gallic acid in ethanolic extracts of rhizomes from curculigo orchioides on silica gel with toluene - ethyl acetate - acetic acid 25:15:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 260 nm. The method was validated according to ICH guidelines. Rhizomes and their marketed formulation were found to contain 2.5 % and 5.0 % of gallic acid.
Acta Chrom. 11, 102-107 (2001). The snail Biomphalaria glabrata is medically important because it serves as the intermediate host for the development and transmission of the human blood fluke parasite Schistosoma mansoni. The purpose of this study was to use HPTLC to determine the effects of S. mansoni larval infection on the maltose and glucose content of the hemolymph and digestive gland–gonad complex of B. glabrata. TLC on silica gel with pre-adsorbent zone and 19 channels, with ethyl acetate – acetic acid – methanol – water 13:3:3:2. Detection by spraying with 1-naphthol – sulfuric acid reagent, quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 515 nm.
J. Sep. Sci. 26, 1359-1362 (2003). HPTLC of tramadol and chlorzoxazone (internal standard) on silica gel with ethyl acetate - methanol 7:1 and 1 drop of ammonia. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 275 nm. Linearity of determination of levofloxacin is between 1.0 and 2.5 µg and its average percentage recovery is 104.6 %.
Tetrahedron 63, 2466-2471 (2007). Preparative TLC of two couples of cyclic bis(thiosulfinates) cis/trans stereoisomers derived from bis-disulfides on RP-18 phase by three successive migrations with hexane – ethyl acetate 2:3. Identification after alkaline cleavage of the two S(O)-S bonds followed by metalation with Ni (II).
Pharmazie 60, 953-955 (2005). TLC of cochleareine, acoleareine, 14-acetyltalatisamine, and talatisamine on silica gel. Detection under UV light at 254 nm. Also co-chromatography with standards. Using a Chromatotron apparatus the crude alkaloidal mixture was separated on alumina radial plates and eluted with a gradient of petroleum ether, chloroform, and methanol.
CBS 98, 5-7 (2007). HPTLC of gatifloxacin on silica gel in a saturated twin-trough chamber with n-propanol - methanol - ammonia 25% 50:10:9 over 80 mm. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 292 nm. The hRf value of gatifloxacin was 60 and selectivity regardnig matrix was given. Linearity was between 400 and 1200 ng/band. The intraday and interday precision both were below 0.03 %. The limit of detection and quantification was 2.7 and 8.3 ng/zone, respectively. Recovery was between 99.2 and 101.9 %. The HPTLC method was suited to study gatifloxacin stability under different stress conditions according to ICH guidelines (acid, base, heat, oxidation, photostability).
59th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress F-83, 410, (2007). HPTLC of rabeprazole sodium and domperidone on silica gel with toluene - acetone - methanol 9:9:1. The hRf value of domperidone was 32 and of rabeprazole sodium 53. Densitometry at 285 nm. Lienarity was between 50 and 800 ng/zone for both compounds. The method was found suitable for routine analysis of formulations.
