The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords

HPTLC of cisapride and degradation products on silica with chloroform - methanol - toluene - acetic acid 70:30:60:3 in a chamber conditioned with the solvent system for 30 min. Quantification by densitometry at 307 nm. Detection limit 10 ng. Fast, sensitive, and specific TLC method.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 16, 112-114 (1996). TLC on silica with chloroform - methanol - water 13:7:2. Detection by spraying with 10 % sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating at 105 °C for 5 min. Quantification by densitometry at 530 nm. RSD 2.8 %, recovery > 92.5 %.
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 17 (7), 18-19 (1995). TLC of gardenoside, scutellarin, berberine on silica with 1) ethyl acetate - butanone - acetic acid - water 10:7:5:3, 2) petrol ether - ethyl acetate - formic acid 15:5:1, 3) benzene - ethyl acetate - methanol - isopropanol - NH3 12:6:3:3:1. Detection by a) spraying with 2 % FeCl3 in ethanol, b) by exposing to NH3 vapor, c) under UV 365 nm. Quantification of berberine and gardenoside by densitometry at 345 nm and 218 nm.
