The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords

J. Chin. Trad. Med. (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 20, 197-199 (1995). TLC on silica with the lower phase of chloroform - methanol- water 13:7:2. Detection by spraying with 2.5 % phosphomolybdic acid in ethanol. Quantification of total saponins by colorimetry, and of ginsenoside Rb1 and Rg1 by densitometry at 610 nm.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 15 (6), 47-48 (1995). TLC of norfloxacin and the impurities on silica with chloroform - methanol - ethyl acetate - NH3 30:20:5:6. Detection under UV 365 nm. Discussion of the effect of pH value on the separation. The method can be an alternative of that recommended by the China pharmacopoeia.
J. Chin. Trad. Med. (Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi) 20, 732-735 (1995). TLC of the title compounds on silica with chloroform - ether 1:1. Detection by spraying with 10 % sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating at 105 °C for 10 min. Quantification by densitometry at 544 nm and 522 nm, respectively.
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 17 (5), 15-16 (1995). TLC of ginsenoside Rg1 on silica with butanol - ethyl acetate - water 8:6:1, saturated with NH3. Detection by spraying with 5 % sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating for 5 min. Quantification by densitometry at 550 nm.
J. Chromatogr. B. 699, 408-412 (1995). HPTLC on silica with three solvent systems. Detection by means of UV light and color as well as the Rf values in different systems. Detection limit 0.1-0.4 µg for 5 benzodiazepines.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 15 (6), 8-10 (1995). TLC on silica with ether - methanol - methylamine 20:4:1. Detection limit 1 µg per spot. Detection under UV 254 nm. Quantification by comparison with the standard. Comparison of the results with those obtained by HPLC.
