The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Detection by spraying with 10 % sulfuric acid in ethanol. Quantification by densitometry at 450 nm. Calibration curves linear between 2 and 6 mg.
Rhexifoline content of P. pica. Biochem. Systematics and Ecology 14, 499-506 (1986). TLC of iridoids on silica with chloroform - methanol 6:4. Detection by spraying with a solution of 50 % ethanol - conc. sulfuric acid - p-anisaldehyde 90:10:0.5, and heating at 110 °C for 3-5 minutes. TLC of alkaloids on silica with acetonitrile or chloroform - methanol 1:1. Detection by spraying with iodoplatinic acid.
Detection by UV 365 nm. Elution with ethanol. Quantification by spectrophotometry at 351 nm.
Detection with Dragendorff reagent.
Pharmazie 42, 341-344 (1987). TLC of phospholipids on 1% potassium oxalate-impregnated silica with chloroform - acetone - methanol - acetic acid - water 40:15:13:12:8. Location by autoradiography or by iodine staining. Quantification by liquid scintillation after elution.
J. Chromatogr. 437, 328-332 (1988). Preparative separation of closely related alkaloids from Papaver and Fumaria species on aluminium oxide by centrifugal TLC with cyclohexane - toluene - diethylamine 320:80:1, 160:40:1 or 160:40:3. Flow-rate 0.5-1.5 mL/min. The rotors (1 mm layer thickness) were prepared from a mixture of 40 g basic aluminium oxide, 10g calcium sulfate hemihydrate and 110 mL water.

TLC of sesquiterpene esters and polyacetylene compounds on silica with toluene - ethyl acetate 7:3. Detection by spraying with vanillin/sulfuric acid reagent. TLC of caffeic acid derivatives on silica with ethyl formate - formic acid - water - toluene 100:10:10:5. Detection by spraying with natural dye reagent/polyethylene glycol.
