Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Asian J. Chem. 19(5), 3621-3636 (2007). TLC of ornidazole and cefixime on silica gel with methanol - water 3:2. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 254 nm. Linearity was between 250 and 2500 µg/mL for ornidazole and 100 and 900 µg/mL for cefixime. The recoveries of drugs by standard addition method were found in the range of 98.0 and 89.4 % for both drugs. The method is suitable for routine quality control.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 22, 89-96 (2009). TLC of L-arginine and its metabolites on silica gel with methanol - 50 % acetic acid 3:1 and on RP-18 with 5 % acetic acid - methanol - acetonitrile 50:36:15. TLC of selected drugs (dexamethasone, prednisolone, furosemide, vancomycin, amikacin, fluconazole, digoxin, captopril, dipyrone, metoprolol, and sildenafil) on silica gel with acetonitrile - water 2:3 with chamber saturation for 1 h. Detection of L-arginine and its metabolites by spraying with a 1 % ethanolic solution of ninhydrin, followed by heating at 60 °C for 15 min. Additional detection by exposure to iodine vapor.
J. Pharm. Res. 8(1), 9-11 (2009). HPTLC of clerodendrin A in Clerodendrum phlomidis and Ptemna integrifolia root on silica gel with n-hexane - ethyl formate 7:3. Detection by spraying with a 5 % aqueous solution of H2SO4, followed by heating at 110 °C. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 396 nm. Clerodendrum phlomidis roots contained more clerodendrin A (0.07 %) than roots of Ptemna integrifolia (0.04 %).
J. Planar Chromatogr. 22, 175-181 (2009). TLC of 14 tetraoxanes on silica gel with ethyl acetate - toluene and ethyl acetate - petroleum ether, on cyano phase with methanol - water and acetone - water, and on RP-18 with water - organic modifier (methanol, acetone, or dioxane) in various combinations, with chamber saturation for 15 min at ambient temperature (22 +/- 2 °C). Detection by spraying with 50 % sulfuric acid, followed by heating until spots became visible.
Abstract No. 9923, IHCB (2009). HPTLC of several herbal formulations (tablets extracted with methanol) on silica gel with toluene - ethyl acetate 19:1. The fingerprint method was suitable for correct identification and for routine quality control of the herbal extracts.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. 28 (7), 1071-1074 (2008). TLC of the alkaloids matrine, oxymatrine, sophocarpine, sophoridine, cytosinethe in seed extracts of Sophora moorcroftiana on silica gel with chloroform – methanol – ammonia 50:6:1. Detection under UV 254 nm. Comparison with reference standards showed that extracts contained matrine, oxymatrine, sophocarpine, sophoridine, and cytosine.
60th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress PA-230 (2008). HPTLC of amlodipine besylate (AB) and telmisartan (TMS) on silica gel with ethyl acetate - 1,4-dioxane - methanol - 25 % ammonia 30:3:6:3. The hRf value was 16 for TMS and 33 for AB. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 323 nm. The method was linear in the range of 100-500 µg/mL (TMS) and 200-1000 µg/mL (AB), average recovery was 100.2-100.4 %.
60th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress PA-212 (2008). HPTLC of atomoxetine HCl on silica gel with acetone - methanol - triethylamine 30:15:2. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 275 nm. The method was linear in the range of 300-2100 ng/spot and was suitable for routine quality control of pharmaceutical formulations.
