The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

TLC on starch and cellulose with four solvent systems. a) ethyl acetate - methanol - NH3 5:3:5, b) tert-butanol - MEK - water - NH3 4:3:2:1, c) butanol - acetic acid - water 50:25:25, d) ethyl acetate - acetone - methanol - NH3 2:3:3:2. Identification of aminophylline, azathiopurine, mercaptopurine, thioguanine, xantinolnicotinate and their metabolites: 1-methylxantine, 1, 3-dimethylxantine, 1-methyl uric acid, 1, 3-dimethyl uric acid, thyoxantine, methylthyoguanine.
Physico-chemical properties of 1-aryl- oxysilatranes. Acta Chimica 117, 271-286 (1984). TLC on silica with benzene - methanol - chloroform 2:3:5.
( Chinese) - (TLC-densitometry of isoflavones in pueraria lobata.) TLC of daidzein, daidzin, puerarin and daidzein 4,7-diglucoside in the root of P. lobata and in tablets on silica with toluene - methanol -10 % formic acid 7:3:00.2, or ethyl acetate - methanol -50 % formic acid 8:2:0.2. Quantification by densitometry. Relative standard deviations: 1.51 % for puerarin, 1.61 % for daidzein.
Analyst 110, 775-778 (1985). TLC of cephradine, cefaclor, cephalexin and cefadroxil on silica with ethyl acetate - acetone - water - acetic acid 50:25:15:10. Detection by spraying first with 10 % triethylamine in dichloromethane, then with 0.025 % fluorescamine in acetone. Quantitation by in situ scanning in absorbance at 262 nm, or in fluorescence at 365 nm. Application examples.
(Adonis aleppica Boiss. Phytochemical investigation, isolation and structure elucidation of cardenolides). Dtsch. Apoth. Ztg. 125, 1945-1949 (1985). Separation of cardenolidaglycones (digitoxigenine, 3-epi-periplogenine, strophanthidine, strophantidol, adonioxigenine, adonitoxoligenine, strophandogenine) on silica with chloroform - methanol - water 80:19:1, after treatment with HCl on the plate. Detection with vanillin-sulfuric acid.
J. Chromatogr. 345, 111-118 (1985). TLC of salbutamol on silica with a) chloroform - ethyl acetate 6:4, b) ethyl acetate - chloroform - methanol 60:40:1 after derivatization by reaction with dimethyl-p-phenylene-diamine. Detection and quantification by densitometry at 650 nm. Detection limit 20 ng/ml urine or 1 ng/ml plasma. Results were in good agreement with those obtained by GC/MS.

TLC of sulfa drugs and their N-methyl derivatives and phototdegradation products on silica with a) chloroform - ethyl acetate - methanol 5:5:1, b) chloroform - methanol 1:1, or upper layer of butanol - acetic acid - water 4:1:5. Detection by spraying with Bratton-Marshall reagent.
