The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

TLC on silica with 1) hexane - chloroform - ethyl acetate - diethylamine 10:16:1:1, 2) hexane - chloroform 1:1, 3) toluene - ethyl acetate - diethylamine 7:2:1, 4) toluene - ethyl acetate - acetic acid 13:8:1. Detection by densitometry at 254 nm. Identification by fingerprint techniques.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 9, 254-259 (1996). HPTLC of phospholipids - lysophosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylglycerine, phosphatidic acid, cholesterol, sphingomyelin, lysophosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylethanolamine - on silica with methyl acetate - chloroform - 1-propanol - methanol - 0.25% aqueous potassium chloride solution 25:25:25:10:9. Visualization under UV 254 and 366 nm and by immersion in an acidic solution of cupric acetate monohydrate. Quantification by densitometry at 350 nm. Detection limit of phospholipids approx. 10 - 1000 ng. Also separation of neutral lipids, cholesterol, and phospholipids with petrol ether - ether - acetic acid 40:40:1.
Biomed. Chromatogr. 10, 146-147 (1996). TLC on silica by developing twice with 1) ethyl acetate - isooctane - acetic acid 100:400:11, and 2) ethyl acetate - hexane 3:1. Detection by spraying with Triton X-100 - chloroform - petrol ether 1:9:30. Quantification by densitometry at 340 nm/> 540nm.
J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 27, 400-402 (1996). TLC on silica with cyclohexane - ethyl acetate - formic acid 75:20:2. Detection by spraying with 30 % sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating, and under UV 365 nm. Identification of the main ingredients Codonopsis pilosula, Magnolia officinalis and Strychnos nux-vomica by finger-print method.
Acta Pharmaceutica Hungarica 65, 133-138 (1995). TLC of (1,4)-diazepino-quinazolones on silica with benzene - methanol 4:1. Visualization under UV 254 nm.
J. Chinese Trad. Patent Med. (Zhongchengyao) 18 (2), 21-22 (1996). TLC on silica with chloroform - methanol 40:1. Detection by dipping into 2% sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating at 90°C for 10 min. Quantification by densitometry at 540 nm.
Phytochemistry 48, 991-994 (1998). TLC of numerous methoxyflavone aglycones on polyamide DC6 with toluene - methyl ethyl ketone - methanol 4:3:3 and with toluene - petroleum ether - methyl ethyl ketone 60:26:7. Detection under UV 254 and 366 nm. Rf values and spectral properties of 17 different aglycones are given.
J. of Natural Products 61, 629-632 (1998). TLC of several lapachone derivatives on silica gel with hexane - ethyl acetate 1:1 and benzene - ethyl acetate 9:1. Purification by preparative TLC on silica gel with chloroform - benzene - methanol 16:36:1, hexane - ethyl acetate 3:2 and with chloroform. Detection under UV 254 and 366 nm.
