The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

J. Planar Chromatogr. 27, 192-198 (2014). HPTLC of losartan (1), irbesartan (2), valsartan (3), and_x000D_ olmesartan (4) in plasma and dosage form on silica gel with chloroform - glacial acetic acid 3:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 255 nm. The hRF values for (1) to (4) were 36, 45, 78 and 23, respectively. Linearity was in the range of 90-750 ng/zone for compounds (1) to (4). The intermediate/interday/intra-day precisions were below 3 % (n=6). The LOD and LOQ were 30 and 91 ng/zone for (1), 18 and 56 ng/zone for (2), 15 and 45 ng/zone for (3) and 30 and 92 ng/zone for (4), respectively. Recovery was between 96.4 and 99.5 % for (1) to (4).
J. of Xinjiang Trad. Chinese Med. 31 (4), 77-79 (2013). Conger Pian tablet is a herbal TCM for treating sensorineural hearing loss. For quality control, TLC on silica gel 1) for Ligusticum chuanxiong and the standard ferulic acid, with n-hexane – ethyl acetate 9:1, detection under UV 366 nm; 2) for Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc. and the standard ursolic acid, with cyclohexane – chloroform - ethyl acetate 20:5:8, detection by spraying with 10 % sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating at 105 ˚C until the zones are visible in daylight. Quantification of icariin by HPLC.
J. Liq. Chromatogr. Relat. Technol. 37, 1568-1582 (2014). HPTLC of artesunate (1) and amodiaquine (2) on silica gel with acetonitrile – water – ammonia 40:7:2. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 366 nm. The hRf values for (1) and (2) were 44 and 50, respectively. Linearity was in the range of 100-600 ng/zone for (1) and 50-300 ng/zone for (2). The intermediate/interday/intra-day precisions were below 2 % (n=9). The LOD and LOQ were 25 and 60 ng/zone for (1) and 12 and 30 ng/zone for (2), respectively. Recovery was 98.1-99.9 % for (1) and 99.3-100.9 % for (2).
Chinese J. of Inform. on TCM 20 (1), 67-69 (2013). Zhige Jiejiu Keli granule is a herbal TCM for the prevention and treatment of alcoholism. For quality control, TLC on silica gel 1) for Lobed Kudzuvine root and Pueraria lobata, with the upper phase of toluene – ethyl acetate – formic acid 5:3:1, detection under UV 366 nm; 2) for Hovenia acerba Lindl., with the upper phase of n-hexane – ethyl acetate – ethanol – ammonia 14:8:2:1, detection under UV 366 nm. Quantification of chlorogenic acid by HPLC.

TLC of propanolol enantiomers on silica gel impregnated with 15 nm gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) and 10.0 mM L-cysteine (L-cys) pH = 8.1, as first and second layer, respectively and developed with 10.0 mM copper(II) acetate, in 70% ethanol – water adjusted at pH 6.3.
J. Ethnopharmacol. 160, 140-148 (2015). HPTLC of hesperidin in the roots of Jasminum sambac on silica gel with ethylacetate - methanol - water - acetic acid 25:2:2:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 254 nm. The hRF of hesperidin was 28.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 27, 477-479 (2014). HPTLC of N,N-dimethyltryptamine in seized street samples on silica gel with methanol – ammonia 200:3. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 220 nm. The hRF value of N,N-dimethyltryptamine was 50. Linearity was in the range of 11.5-34.2 μg/zone. The intermediate precisios were below 5 % (n=3). The LOD and LOQ were 3.3 and 9.9 μg/zone, respectively. Mean recovery was 117.9 %.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 27, 377-384 (2014). HPTLC of metformin in urine on silica gel with chloroform – methanol – ammonia 27 % 25:25:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 237 nm. The hRF value of metformin was 25. Linearity was between 200 and 2000 ng/zone. The intermediate inter-day and intra-day precisions were below 9 % (n=5). The LOD and LOQ were 40 and 120 ng/zone, respectively. Recoveries were in the range of 92-94 %.
