The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Detection by 1) spraying with 10 % sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating at 105 °C for 5 min, 2) by exposure to iodine vapor. Identification by comparison of the chromatograms and in situ spectra. Quantification of icariin by densitometry at 270 nm.

Detection by spraying with a potassium iodobismuthate solution. Identification of tripchlorolide by densitometry at 218 nm. Discussion of the differences between the wild and cultured herbs.

Detection by spraying with 95% ethanol concentrated sulfuric acid, heating at 110°C and visualization under UV. Quantification by HPLC.

Precision within-day and between-day 0.88-1.21% and 0.45-1.02%, respectively. Simple, precise, and rapid HPTLC procedure.
