The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

HPTLC separation of chlordiazepoxide, demoxepam, and ACB (2-amino-5-chlorobenzophenone) on silica (after cleaning by successive development with ethyl acetate aqueous NH3 - methanol 1:9. ‚Related‘ cpds were separated with ethyl acetate in a saturated chamber, chlordiazepoxide with aqueous ammonia - acetonitrile 1:999 in an unsaturated chamber. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance at 254 nm).
J. Planar Chromatogr. 6, 413-415 (1993). TLC of nitroaromates and carbazoles (9-nitroanthracene, 1-nitronaphthalene, 2-nitrofluorene, 1-nitropyrene, carbazole, 1,2,7,8-dibenzcarbazole, 1,3-dinitropyrene, 2,7-dinitrofluorene) on silica with hexane - dichloromethane 1:1. Detection under UV 254 and 365 nm, followed by spraying with freshly prepared reducing agent (0.1 g sodium borohydride) dissolved in a mixture of 15 mL methanol, 3 mL water, and 1 mL of 0.05% copper(II)chloride solution and again observation under UV at 365 nm. Azaarenes were separated on cellulose with DMF - water 1:4. Detection by observation under UV both before and after reaction in a chamber containing trifluoroacetic acid fumes.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 7, 164-165 (1994). HPTLC of clobetasol propionate on silica with chloroform and, after intermediate drying at 60 °C, with chloroform - diethyl ether 3:1. Quantification by densitometry (absorbance at 250 nm.)
- Simple thin-layer chromatographic identification of active principles in finished products. Pharm. Ind. 56, 478-483 (1994). TLC of albendazole and mebendazole on silica with hexane - ethyl acetate - acetic acid 7:2:1. Detection under UV 254 nm, by exposing to iodine vapor. and by spraying with Dragendorff / Ce(SO4)2.
(Araliaceae). J. Planar Chromatogr. 7, 474-476 (1994). TLC of hederasaponin C, a-herein, rutin on silica with chloroform - methanol - water 64:50:10. Detection by spraying with vanillin reagent (5 % vanillin in 1% aqueous sulfuric acid - ethanol 7:3). Quantification by spectrophotometry in absorbance/reflectance mode at 565 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 8, 36-38 (1995). TLC of Tinuvin 633 (polyolefin stabilizer) on cellulose (prewashed with the mobile phase) with 2-propanol - 25% acetic acid - toluene 40:40:4. Detection by exposure to iodine vapor. Semiquantitative evaluation via comparison of the sizes of sample spots.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 9, 217-220 (1996). TLC of the degradation products of ethylenebisdithiocarbamate (i. a. ethylenethiourea, ethyleneurea, urea, and ethylenediamine on silica with acetone, acetone - water 99:1, 95:5, 90:10, and ethanol. Visualization reagents were sodium nitroferricyanide solution, iodine vapor and Ehrlich's reagent.
