The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Quantification after elution with methanol - 1N HCl 99:1 by spectrophotometry at 242 nm (paracetamol), 258 nm (dextropropoxyphene HCl) and 620 nm (dicyclomine HCl) after derivatization with cobalt chloride reagent.

HPTLC of cinnamon and cassia oils and of solvent extracts of powdered cinnamon and cassia (i.a. cinnamic acid, cinnamyl alcohol, eugenol, coumarin, 2-methoxycinnamaldehyde, cinnamyl acetate) on silica with hexane - chloroform - triethylamine 45:3:2 or chloroform - hexane - methanol 59:39:2. HPTLC of vanilla extracts (5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furfural, 4-hydroxybenzoic acid, 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde, vanillic acid, vanillin) on silica with AMD. Quantification by densitometry at 255 nm resp. 280 nm.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 15 (6), 47-48 (1995). TLC of norfloxacin and the impurities on silica with chloroform - methanol - ethyl acetate - NH3 30:20:5:6. Detection under UV 365 nm. Discussion of the effect of pH value on the separation. The method can be an alternative of that recommended by the China pharmacopoeia.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 16, 125-127 (1996). TLC on silica with 1) cyclohexane - ethyl acetate 22:1, 2) hexane - chloroform - ethyl acetate - methanol 50:15:15:1, 2) chloroform - acetone - formic acid - benzene 50:50:1:10. Detection by spraying with 5 % vanillin in sulfuric acid reagent and heating at 150 °C for 5 min, or with 1 % AlCl3 in ethanol. Quantification of emodin by densitometry at 460 nm. RSD 3.6 %; recovery 101.1 %.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 9, 456 - 458 (1996). HPTLC of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride or guaifenesin on silica with ethyl acetate - methanol - NH3 conc. 17:2:1. Quantification by densitometry at 210 nm for pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and 276 nm for guaifenesin. Visual detection sensitivity by fluorescence quenching were about 5 and 1.5 mg. Simple, rapid quantitative HPTLC method.
