Validation of the method by investigation of its linearity range (0.5 µg - 5.0 µg, r = 0.999); precision (RSD = 0.98 %, n = 5); its reproducibility of five time assay towards the same sample (RSD = 2.52 %); standard addition recovery (101.6 %, RSD = 0.26 %, n = 5). The results for three real life samples are given. Discussion of the application of the procedures for the quality control of the medicine.

Results are given for 12 real life samples. Discussion of the advantages of the method compared to HPLC.

Densitometric quantification at 225 nm. The hRf values of aceclofenac, paracetamoland chorzoxazole was 22, 42, and 73, respectively. Linearity was between 700-2400, 1000-3200, and 300-1000 ng/zone for aceclofenac, paracetamol and chorzoxazole, respectively. Recovery was between 100.5 and 101.5 % for all compounds.
