Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 2, 323-326 (1989). Discussion of quantitative in situ scanning. Modern quantification consisting of complete on-line applications of lab computers for raw data measurements; on-line scanner optimization; complete raw data storage; statistical mathematic reduction of raw data and mathematically controlled integration and application of simple statistical mathematics in raw data treatment and in cross-correlation of reduced data. Application of these methods lead to improvements like extension of the working range of quantitative TLC by a full order of magnitude below the existing lowest quantification limit and improvement of the repeatability and accuracy of quantitative data by factors from 2 to over 6.
Chem. Anal. (N.Y.) 108, 15-47 (1990). A review with 8 references on the use of surface-modified reversed phase sorbents for HPTLC. Discussion of the surface reactions. Application in the separation of cholesterol and its bile acid metabolites and a mixture of steroids.
Chromatogr. Sci. 55, 863-906 (1991). A review with 165 references on TLC and HPTLC for the detection of aberrant purine and pyrimidine metabolism caused by genetic defects or by acquired disturbances.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 4, 345-359 (1991). Description of the evolution of automated multiple development from manual multiple development through programmed multiple development and discussion of the general role of solvent strength gradients and solvent selectivity emphasizing their application to AMD. The large number of experimental parameters encountered in method development is recognized as one of the main current weaknesses of AMD. The method has, however, a number of attractive features which will ensure continuing interest in the technique.
(Chinese). Guangdong Science and Technology Publishing House (1993).The standardization of equipment, the quality of handmade TLC plates, the pre-treatment (clean-up) of sample solutions, optimization of solvent systems, the influence of temperature and relative humidity control, and the chromatography of 48 crude drugs and 54 patent preparations are described on 154 pages with 202 color photos.
J. Chromatogr. 624, 171-194 (1992). Review with 127 references on the title content, including TLC methods for penicillin residues. Discussion of the need to develop sensitive, accurate, and reliable methods to support regulatory programs and emerging techniques suitable to improve sensitivity and usefulness of current chromatographic methods.
