Quantification of berberine and palmatine by dual wavelength scanning lS 415 nm, lR 700 nm. RSD < 5%. The calibration curves were found linear over ranges of 0 - 20 µg and 0 - 6 µg, respectively. Recoveries, > 95 % for both. The solvent system was optimized by computer.
