The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Detection with ammoniumsulfide solution, K4Fe(CN)6 solution, 1 % alcoholic diphenyl carbazide, aqueous aluminon solution, 1 % ammoniacal dimethyl glyoxime and 1 % alcoholic alizarine red S solutions.
Chromatographia 23, 648-650 (1987). Survey of the TLC behavior of 58 inorganic ions on polyethyleneimine (PEI) cellulose in hydrochloric acid - ammonium thiocyanate media. Investigation of the correlation between Rf values on PEI cellulose in the thiocyanate media and the paramagnetic moment of the rare earths (III), and of an odd-even fluctuation against the atomic number for the heavy rare earths (III). Demonstration of separation of many inorganic ions in the system.
Acta Pharmaceutica Hungarica 58, 63-80 (1988). TLC of iron, cobalt, ammonium, sodium and potassium inorganic salts on silica with methanol. Detection with 0.04% ethanolic bromocresol green, 0.1% ethanolic fluorescein, 0.5M silver nitrate, 1% natrium-cobalt-/III-nitrit reagent.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 2, 393-394 (1989). TLC separation of 49 inorganic ions on PEI-cellulose with 0.1 m hydrochloric acid - dioxane 7:7, 5:5, 3:7 as mobile phase.
Chromatographia 31, 60-62 (1991). TLC of 49 inorganic ions on diethyl-(2-hydroxy-propyl)aminoethyl cellulose with aqueous hydrochloric acid and acid-ammonium chloride (0.01 - 1.0 mol/dm). Comparison of aspects of the adsorption behavior of the ions on the cellulose with those on other anion exchangers in the same eluent system. Proposal of feasibilities of separation of multicomponent mixtures with the systems.

Chelation ion chromatography of metal ions on DMSO-impregnated silica with ether DMSO – 1 M nitric acid 1:1, butanol – acetone – nitric acid 6:6:1, and di-isopropylether – DMSO – THF systems having varying compositions. Achievement of a number of analytically important binary and ternary separation.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 7, 38-40 (1994). TLC separation of uranium from several other metal ions on stannic sulfosalicylate layers with DMF containing 2 M hydrochloric acid or 4 or 6 M nitric acid respectively. Quantification after scraping by spectrophotometry.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 9, 67-69 (1996). TLC of e.g. Pr(IV), W(VI), Au(III), Fe(III), Tl(I), As(III) Se(IV), Sb(III) on silica mixed with cerium(III)nitrate and sodium silicate with e.g. 0.6 M NH3 0.01 M perchloric acid, 1.0 M acetic acid, 0.5 M sodium nitrite solution with common reagents.
