Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 20, 153-158 (2007). TLC of U(VI), Th(IV), lanthanides(III), Co(II), Ni(II), and Cu(II) on silica gel with di(n-butyl) and di(iso-butyl)dithiophosphoric acid as complexing agents in different organic solvents (polar and nonpolar). Visualization with 0.05 % arsenazo III for U(VI), Th(IV), and lanthanides(III), and with 0.1 % rubeanic acid in ethanol for Co(II), Ni(II), and Cu(II). Densitometric evaluation at 505 nm for Cu(II) and Co(II) and at 600 nm for Th(IV), U(VI), and Ni(II).
J. Planar Chromatogr. 30, 375-385 (2017). HPTLC of synthetic peptides on silica gel and RP-18 with water and methanol with the addition of proper ion-pairing reagent to study the influence of metallic impurities on the retention and efficiency of separation of peptides. Detection by dipping into 2 % ninhydrin solution in acetone ‒ methanol ‒ glacial acetic acid 25:25:2. The contents of trace elements in areas scraped off from the chromatographic plates were determined by flame technique of atomic absorption spectrometry. The impurities present in the adsorbents may cause characteristic disruption of solute zone shape and overall distortion of the chromatogram during the development.
Chromatographia 22, 19-20 (1986). TLC of copper, iron and manganese on microcrystallic cellulose with acetone - HCl - water 8:1:2. Detection by spraying with rubeanic acid and exposure to NH3 vapor. Detection limit 20 mg/g of material. Developing solvent quoted was best under II investigated.
Detection by spraying with chlorophosphonazo-mN.
III. Thin- layer chromatographic separation of noble metals on stannic pyrophosphate.) (Chinese). J. Wuhan Univ. 1, 64-70 (1987) (Wuhan Daxue Xuebao, Ziran Kexueban). TLC of binary and ternary mixtures of noble metals, Ru, Au, Pd, Pt, Rh, Os, Ir, Ag, on silica-tin pyrophosphate with many acidic, basic and neutral solvent systems. Study of the relationship between Rf values and the concentration of trimethylamine in developing solvents, and the effect of ethanol content on TLC behaviors of the metals.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 2, 142-147 (1989). TLC of Mo, Re, V, and W ions on alumina with HCl solutions of sodium thiocyanate and SnCl2 in different concentration. It has been shown that the differences in the ionic nature and stability of the thiocyanate complexes depend on acidity and on the thiocanaty/SnCl2 ratio. Optimum conditions for the separation of these metal ions (by this and other chromatographic techniques) can be predicted from TLC on alumina.
J. Chromatogr. 504, 179-185 (1990). Study of the TLC behavior of the metal complexes of tetraphenylporphine of 12 rare earths on C-18 silica and aminopropyl silica with methanol – water – acetyl acetone – diethylamine in different proportions. Detection by densitometry at 420 nm.
Chromatographia 31, 281-284 (1991). TLC of metal ions on synthesized carbamide - formaldehyde polymer or on cellulose with 11 neutral and acidic eluents. Detection by spraying with saturated aqueous solution of (NH4)2S, solution of dithizone (0.1%) in chloroform, and solution of 8-hydroxyquinoline (0.5%) in 60% aqueous ethanol and exposing to NH3 and under UV 254 nm. Comparison of both layers.
