Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Chinese J. Acad. Mil. Med. Sci. (Junshi Yixue Kexuequan Yuankan) 16, 300-302 (1992). TLC of morphine on silica with ethyl acetate - methanol - NH3 80:15:5. Detection by spraying with Dragendorff’s reagent. Detection limit 0.1 µg/spot.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi) 15, 35-37 (1995). TLC of amiodarone on silica with ethyl acetate - chloroform - acetone NH3 20:5:5:1. Detection under UV 254 nm. Quantification by densitometry at 240 nm (absorbance). Recovery > 97%.
J. AOAC Int. 79, 1277-1280 (1996). TLC of lamotrigine (3,5-diamino-6-[2,3-dichlorophenyl]-1,2,4-triazine), 3,5-diamino-6-[2-methoxyphenyl]-1,2,4-triazine (as internal standard), carbamazepine and carbamazepine-10,11-epoxide, phenytoine, phenobarbitone, clonazepam, clobazam, on silica with ether - methanol - acetic acid 80:19:1 protected from light. Quantification by densitometry at 306 nm. Detection limit of lamotrigine 0.27 mg/ml.
Chromatographia 50 (1/8), 428-432 (2000). TLC on silica gel with acetone - toluene 1:1. Quantitation by densitometry at 254 nm. Comparison with previous methods, stressing on TLC's merits like the use of dexamethasone as a marker for cortisol localization on TLC sheets, the use of buffer instead of organic solvents to recover cortisol form silica gel and the rapidity of the competitive protein-binding assay (1 - 2 h).
(Substanzidentifikation in der Dioden-Array Dünnschichtchromatographie). GIT Fachz. Lab. 658-660, (2003). HPTLC of codeine, tramadol, flupirtine and lidocaine on silica gel with ethyl acetate - methanol - NH3 17:2:1. Quantitation by densitometry between 198 and 610 nm. The UV spectra of the separated substances are used for the identification.
J. Liq. Chromatogr. Relat. Technol. 36, 167-179 (2013). HPTLC of darunavir in rat plasma on silica gel with toluene - acetone - methanol 3:1:1. Quantitative determination by mass spectrometry in the ESI+ mode and absorbance measurement at 254 nm. The hRf value of darunavir was 53. Linearity was in the range of 5-150 ng/µL. LOD and LOQ were found to be 1.2 and 3.9 ng/µL, respectively. Intermediate precision was below 2.7 %. Recovery (by standard addition) was 94.8-98.4 %. The recovery of the drug is improved compared with the HPLC method (96.7 %).

OPLC (OPTLC) of atropine, scopolamine, scopoline, tropine, apoatropine on silica with a) isoamyl alcohol - propanol - chloroform- 0.1 M CH3COONa in water 7:23:5:5, b) butanol - methanol - chloroform - 0.1 M CH3COONa in water 8:12:5:5. Detection with Dragendorff reagent. Densitometry by absorbance at 400 nm.
