Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Planta Med. 72, 488-493 (2006). Analytical and preparative TLC of ebenosin (8-(1,1-dimethylallyl)formomonetin) and 3 known isoflavonoids on silica gel with dichloromethane - hexane 3:2. Detection under UV light at 254 nm.
Planta Med. 70, 828-833 (2004). Preparative TLC of driportlandin, portlanquinol as well as formonetin and davidigenin on silica gel (by x-fold development) with dichloromethane - methanol 49:1 (2 x), dichloromethane - diethyl ether 19:1, dichloromethane - ethyl acetate 19:1 to 47:3; chloroform - ethyl acetate 9:1 (4 x), and dichloromethane - methanol 19:1 (2 x). Detection under UV light at 254 nm and by spraying with sulfuric acid - acetic acid - water 1:20:4, followed by heating.
J. Food Comp. Anal. 19, 118 - 126 (2006). HPTLC of andrographolide (AP) and 14-deoxy-11,12-didehydroandrographolide (DIAP) in the aerial parts of Andrographis paniculata Nees on silica gel with chloroform – methanol 4:1 with chamber saturation for 2 h. Quantitative determination at 254 nm. Good resolution of AP and DIAP was obtained together with symmetrical and reproducible peaks at Rf 0.55 and 0.43, respectively. Linearity is between 10 and 2000 µg/mL; LOD is 3.0 and 3.6 µg/mL; mean recoveries are 97.7 % and 97.8 % and precision analysis shows an intra-assay variation between 0.89 - 0.99 % and an inter-assay variation between 0.86 - 0.98 %. HPTLC method leads to accurate results when compared to the HPLC method.
Pharmazie 61, 556-558 (2006). Preparative TLC of two benzofurans euparin, friedelin, and beta-sitosterol on silica gel with petroleum ether - ethyl acetate 20:1. Detection under UV light.
Pharmazie 61, 474-477 (2006). Analytical and preparative TLC of 3-hydroxyl-y-pyranones (3-O-beta-D-(6’-O-linolenic)glucopyranosyl-y-pyranone and erigeside) on silica gel using chloroform - methanol 8:1 and ethyl acetate - methanol - water 12:2:1. Detection under UV light at 254 nm or by spraying with 5 % sulfuric acid in ethanol followed by heating.
Pharmazie 60, 461-463 (2005). Preparative TLC of ent-manool-13-O-beta-D-4’-acetylxylopyranoside and ent-manool-13-O-beta-D-3’-actylxylopyranoside on silica gel by three fold development with chloroform - ethyl acetate 30:1. Detection by spraying with 5 % sulfuric acid in ethanol or 5 % iron(III) chloride in ethanol, followed by heating. Evaluation under UV light.
