The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords

TLC of isobutylamide on silica with hexane - ethyl acetate 2:1. Detection under UV and with anisaldehyde sulfuric acid reagent (= methanol - glacial acetic acid - anisaldehyde - conc. sulfuric acid 85:10:0.5:0.5) and heating for 5 min. at 100 °C. TLC of caffeic acid derivatives on silica with ethyl formate - formic acid - water - toluene 100:10:10:5. Detection under UV at 254 nm and with natural dye reagent/polythylene glycol.
Journal of Natural Products 51, 74-79 (1988). TLC of benzoxazinoids on silica with chloroform - methanol - water 15:6:1. Detection under 254 nm UV and by treatment with 10 % sulfuric acid and heating.
Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. 8, 183-185 (1988) (Yaowu Fenxi Zazhi). TLC on silica with methyl chloride - acetone 3:1 and 1.5:1 or twice development with cyclohexane - acetone 15:15, or on silica, impregnated with 5% paraffin, with methanol - water 55:45. Detection by spraying with 20% H2SO4 in ethanol for the former, and by spraying with 5% hydrochloric acid in ethanol and heating at 120°C for 5 min. for the latter.

Chinese J. Pharm. Anal. 9, 227-230 (1989). TLC of taraxeryl acetate, friedelin, taraxerol, stigmasterol on silica with cyclohexane - ethyl acetate 50:1 and 4:1. Detection by spraying with 10% sulfuric acid in ethanol and heating at 110°C for 5 min. Quantification by densitometry.
