The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords

HPTLC of a number of coumarins, furocoumarins and pyranocoumarins on silica with binary and ternary solvents containing a polar modifier and a non-polar or weakly polar diluent. Discussion of the relationship between RM values and the log of the concentration of the polar modifier, and of the influence of the modifier and individual substituents in the solute molecule on retention. Also HPLC.

TLC of steroid substrate, Reichstein’s S(RS), and its 11+-hydroxylated product, epicortisol, on silica with a) dichloromethane - acetone - methanol 40:10:1, b) acetone - chloroform - methanol 50:50:1, c) dichloromethane - acetone 4:1. Detection under UV 254 nm or by spraying with vanillin - sulfuric acid reagent. Quantification by densitometry at 254 nm.
