Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
VCH, Weinheim (1987), 223 pages. The book is one of the most important publications in the area of toxicological analysis, presenting TLC data for about 1100 toxicologically relevant substances, mainly drugs and pesticides in ten selected solvent systems.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 5, 124-130 (1992). HPTLC of thyreostatic drugs (thiouracil, methylthiouracil, tapazole, propylthiouracil, phenylthiouracil) on silica with dichloromethane - methanol 98:2 in the first direction; after drying and adding the thyreostatic drug assumed to be present development in the second direction with dichloromethane - propionic acid 98:2. Detection via fluorescence induction of the 7-chloro-4-nitrobenzo-2-oxa-1,3-diazole derivatives of the drugs with cysteine; quantification by densitometry in the fluorescence mode.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 8, 388 - 392 (1995). HPTLC of MDA.HCl, MDMA.HCl, MDE.HCl, BDB.HCl, MBDB.HCl, LSD, and atropine on silica with dichloromethane - methanol 200:3 in the presence of NH3 in a separate 10 mL glass vessel for LSD, ethyl acetate - acetone - methanol - 25% NH3 50:50:20:1 for MBDB, acetone - ethanol - 25% NH3 90:7:3 for atropine. Identification by in situ FTIR measurement.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 11, 309-310 (1998). TLC of phenytoin on silica gel with hexane - acetone 6:4 in a previously saturated TLC chamber. After drying the plate was sprayed with 0.1% bromine solution in carbon tetrachloride, and after 5 min sprayed with 0.1% o-toluidine (in 0.5% acetic acid) reagent. A blue spot of the quinoid oxidation product of o-toluidine appeared at Rf 0.65. The reagent gives a similar color reaction with some benzodiazepines.
Analysis of choline esterase inhibitors. CBS 83, 4-5 (1999) HPTLC-AMD of choline esterase inhibitors on silica gel with a 15-step gradient from methanol via dichloromethane to hexane. Detection by spraying with butyryl choline esterase solution followed by incubation at 37 °C for 30 min, and spraying with fast blue salt mixed with alpha-naphthyl acetate followed by incubation at 37 °C for 5 min. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 254 nm.
