Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Arzneim.-Forsch./Drug Res. 48, 408-414 (1998). TLC of 153Sm-Ca/Na-EDTMP (ethylenediamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid) on cellulose with NH3 25% - methanol - water 1:10:20. Detection by autoradiography.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 16, 381-385 (2003). TLC of (-)-deprenyl and metabolites (formaldehyde as dimedone adduct) on silica gel with chloroform - methanol - NH3 100:10:1 and chloroform - methanol - water 7:5:1 in the first and second dimension, respectively. Also TLC of dimedone on silica gel with 5% triethanolamine in chloroform. Visualization under UV 254 nm. Detection of radiolabeled compounds by digital autoradiography (DAR) or on X-ray film after contact autoradiography. Two-dimensional separations have improved the evaluation.
Abstract No. F-286, 61st IPC (2009). HPTLC of ambroxol (extracted from plasma with diethylether, after centrifugation the organic layer was evaporated and the residue was taken up in 1 mL of methanol) on silica gel with acetonitrile - methanol - triethylamine 41:5:4. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 254 nm.
J.A.O.A.C. 68, 1232-1234 (1985). TLC of sulfa drugs and their N-methyl derivatives and phototdegradation products on silica with a) chloroform - ethyl acetate - methanol 5:5:1, b) chloroform - methanol 1:1, or upper layer of butanol - acetic acid - water 4:1:5. Detection by spraying with Bratton-Marshall reagent.
Polish J. of Pharmacology and Pharmacy 40, 413-422 (1988). TLC of five carboline derivatives on silica with chloroform - methanol 9:1 or ethyl acetate - methanol 3:1. Detection under UV 254 nm.
Acta Pharmaceutica Hungarica 59, 12-20 (1989). TLC of 1-(4-aminophenyl)-4-methyl-7,8-dimethoxy-5H-2,3-benzodiazipin (=GYKI-52322) on silica with chloroform – ethyl acetate – isopropanol 3:3:1. Visualization under UV 254 and 366 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 7, 386-388 (1994). HPTLC of ticlopidine (T), N-[ß-(2-thienyl)ethyl]-2-chlorobenzylamine (ßT), and 2-chlorobenzylamine (OCBAM) on silica with the upper phase of butanol - acetic acid - water 4:1:5. Quantification by densitometry at 212, 237 or 301 nm (absorbance). Detection limits for impurities were 10 - 20 ng. The proposed HPTLC method provides accuracy, reproducibility, and selectivity for the identification and determination of T, OCBAM and ßT; it also enables good resolution of the decomposition products of T.
Arzneim. Forsch/Drug Res. 48, 294-299 (1998). TLC of epoxyethanesulfonamides, ethynesulfonamide and reference compounds (N-phenylacylsulfonyl derivative, N-phenacyl derivatives, morpholine, N-methylpiperazine) on alumina with two solvent systems: methanol - water 4:1 during 10 min, followed by hexane - ethyl acetate 4:1 during 30 min. Visualization under UV 254 nm and with different reagents including 2,2-dihydroxy-1-H-indene-1,3(2H)-dione or ninhydrin, Dragendorff and potassium permanganate reagent. Semi quantitation via color variation acc. to concentration.
