The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. The proposed HPTLC method provides accuracy, reproducibility, and selectivity for the identification and determination of T, OCBAM and ßT; it also enables good resolution of the decomposition products of T.

Visualization under UV 254 nm and with different reagents including 2,2-dihydroxy-1-H-indene-1,3(2H)-dione or ninhydrin, Dragendorff and potassium permanganate reagent. Semi quantitation via color variation acc. to concentration.
