Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Sz. Nyiredy, A. Kakuk (eds.): Planar Chromatography 2000, Lillafüred, Hungary, 24-26 June 2000, Res. Inst. for Med. Plants, p. 231-235. Validated HPTLC on silica gel with ethyl acetate - methanol - acetic acid 80:19:1 for ca. 15 min. Quantitation by absorbance measurement at 300 nm (polynomial regression). Recovery was found to be between 99,0 and 101,3 %, repeatability was 0,1 % for aspirin and 2,2% for salicylic acid (n=2). HPTLC method is preferred to HPLC method because of its speed (14 samples in 30 min).
J. Planar Chromatogr. 13, 333-336 (2001). HPTLC of dexamethason sodium phosphate and neomycin sulfate on silica gel with chloroform - 1-propanol - 25% NH3 1:3:2. Ketoconazole was determined on spherical silica gel with n-hexane - acetone 4:1 and coenzyme Q10 on silica gel with n-hexane - chloroform - methanol 5:4:1. Detection under UV 254 nm and at 505 nm for neomycin after spraying with a solution of 20 mg ninhydrin, 50 mg cadmium acetate and 0.2 ml acetic acid in 10 mL of ethanol and heating at 80°C for 10 min.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 14, 456-459 (2001). TLC of clobetasol propionate ((11b,16b)-21-chloro-9-fluoro-11,17-dihydroxy-16-methylpregna-1,4-diene-3,20-dione) on silica gel with chloroform - diethyl ether 7:3. Quantitation by densitometry at 247 nm. The method was validated for linearity (linear within the range of 120 - 1600 ng/spot), homogeneity, detection limit (30 - 300 ng/spot), accuracy (indicated by the percentage mean recovery: 99.63 - 101.30%) and range. Simple and validated TLC method.
JAOAC Int. 84, 1715-1723 (2001). HPTLC of losartan (2-n-butyl-4-chloro-5-hydroxymethyl-1-[(2'-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)biphenyl-4-yl)-methyl-imidazole] potassium salt) and hydrochlorothiazide on prewashed silica gel with chloroform - methanol - acetone - formic acid 15:3:1:0.06. Quantitation by densitometry at 254 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 15, 380-383 (2002). HPTLC of 24 2-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)benzothiazoles on RP-8 and RP-18 with water-methanol mixtures with amounts of methanol in the range 0.50-1.0 v/v at intervals of 0.05. Densitometry at 325 nm.
Bioorg. Med. Chem. 11, 1583-1592, 2003. TLC high throughput assay for screening of potential Mur enzyme inhibitors. Application of 2-aL aliquots of reaction mixtures containing Mur enzymes, ATP[a-32P], and inhibitors on PEI cellulose. Developed in 0,75-M KH2PO4 (pH 3,4) for at least 3 h. Radioactive spots corresponding to ATP[a-32P] and ADP[a-32P] were scanned and quantified using a phospho imager system.
J. Liq. Chrom. & Rel. Technol. 26, 3277-3287 (2003). TLC of 13 5,5-disubstitited barbiturates (e.g. barbital, pentobarbital, butabarbital, amobarbital, phenobarbital, aprobarbital, butalbital, talbutal, cyclopal) on RP-18 with methanol - water and methanol - Bates-Bower borate buffer mixtures. The methanol content was varied by 5% volume from 40 to 100%. After drying, visualization under UV 254 nm. Significant correlations were found between e.g. RM, RM0, log kIAM, log P, selected biological activity values, and topological indices. TLC results as base for theoretical considerations.
CBS 86, 7 (2001). HPTLC on silica gel in horizontal development chamber with acetone - water 9:1 with chamber saturation for 15 min. Detection by dipping 1 s in 0.02 % 4-nitrosodimethylaniline in ethanol with 0.01 N HCl (adjusted at pH 2) followed by heating at 150 °C. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 495 nm.
