Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 8, 393-395 (1995). HPTLC of acetylsalicylic acid and salicylic acid on silica with cyclohexane - isopropanol - chloroform - acetic acid 12:1:1:2. Detection after drying under UV 254 nm. Quantification of ASA and SA by densitometry (absorbance) at 230 and 300 nm, resp.
J. Chinese Herb Med. (Zhongcaoyao) 27, 281-283 (1996). TLC of emodin and anthraquinone on silica with petrol ether (60-90 °C) - hexane - ethyl acetate - formic acid 10:30:15:1. Identification of the constitutive components by comparison with the standards. Quantification by densitometry.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 10, 61-63 (1997). HPTLC of nicardipine hydrochloride (2-(benzylmethylamino)ethylmethyl-1,4-dihydro-2,6-dimethyl-4-(m-nitrophenyl)-3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate monohydrochloride) on silica with hexane - ethyl acetate - ethanol - 25% NH3 30:10:5:1. Quantification by densitometry at 280 nm (absorbance). Intraday precision (RSD) was 0.54-0.55% and percentage error was 0.07-0.10% (n = 3). Interday precision (RSD) was 0.85-0.99% and percentage error was 0.07-0.10% (n = 9). Recovery was 99.79 ± 1.21% (n = 9).
J. Planar Chromatogr. 10, 267-272 (1997). Study of the retention behavior of two groups of benzimidazole and two groups of benztriazole derivatives (with amide or amino functional groups) on rice starch and cellulose thin layers with water - methanol 19:1 - 1:1 and water - propanol 19:1 - 1:1. Retention constants, RM°, were determined by extrapolation. Overlapping of the extrapolated RM° values from two different systems show that they are independent of the nature of the organic modifier. For the series of compounds investigated very good correlation was found between the intercepts and slopes of the TLC equations and the retention constants, RM°, the substituent parameter p, and biological activity.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 11, 211-213 (1998). HPTLC of etodolac on silica gel pre-washed with methanol with hexane - ethyl acetate - acetic acid 15:5:1. Detection and quantitation by densitometry at 282 nm. The HPTLC method was found to be highly accurate, precise, and sensitive; it is suitable for application to routine quality control analysis and quantitative determination of etodolac in pharmaceutical preparations.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 12, 361-364 (1999). HPTLC of paracetamol and mefenamic acid on silica gel with toluene - acetone - methanol 8:1:1. Quantitation by densitometry at 263 nm. LOD and LOQ were found to be 1.80 and 5.5 ng per µL, respectively, for both compounds. New, simple HPTLC method.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 12, 452-455 (1999). HPTLC of diloxanide furoate and tinidazole on silica gel with dichloromethane - methanol 192:1. Quantitation by densitometry at 280 nm. RSD 1.1% and 1.3% for diloxanide furoate and tinidazole, respectively. New simple, sensitive, rapid, and stability indicating HPTLC method.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 13, 195-198 (2000). TLC of zopiclone and 9 benzodiazepines (chlordiazepoxide, diazepam, estazolam, clonazepam, lorazepam, lormetazepam, nitrazepam, oxazepam, temazepam) on silica gel and aluminium oxide with butan-2-one, butan-2-one - toluene 3:2, toluene - 1,4-dioxane - triethylamine 12:7:1, and cyclohexane - ethyl acetate 1:1. Detection under UV 254 and 366 nm. Videodensitometry at 254 nm. Detection limit of zopiclone was 20 ng.
