Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Acta Chimica 124, 737-748 (1987). TLC of 8-dodecen-1-yl on silica with toluene - ethyl acetate 10:2. Detection by exposing to iodine vapor.
J. of Medicinal Chemistry 32, 2432- 3435 (1989). TLC of vasotocin analogues on silica with butanol - pyridine - acetone water 15:10:3:6 or 15:10:3:12 and butanol acetic acid - water 4:1:1. Detection by exposure to chlorine followed by spraying with 1% aqueous KI-starch solution.
Arzneim.-Forsch. 39, 831-832 (1989). TLC of the acid hydrolysis product of bromfenac on silica with chloroform – acetone 8:2 and detection by spraying with Bratton-Marshall reagent (for differentiation between bromazepam, 3-hydrobromazepam and bromfenac).
Proc. 6th Int. Symp. Instrum. Planar Chromatogr., (Interlaken 1991), Inst. Chromatogr., Bad Dürkheim, FRG, 19-22 (1991). TLC of metoprolol, propranolol and alprenolol on diol modifyed silica with dichloromethane containing N-carbobenzoxy glycyl-L-proline (ZGP). Scanning is performed by absorbance at 280 nm. To improve the reproducibility the plates were prewashed with dichloromethane and impregnated with water. It was important to keep the amount of water constant.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 4, 483-484 (1991). TLC of 5-ASA and potential impurities (4-aminophenol, 2,4-diaminophenol, 2,5-dihydroxybenoic acid, salicylic acid, 3-aminosalicylic acid) on cellulose with methanol - dioxane - THF - NH3 55:25:15:5. Detection by spraying with ferricyanide - ferric chloride reagent.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 6, 216-219 (1993). HPTLC of the enantiomers of metoprolol, propranolol, and alprenolol on DIOL silica with dichloromethane - N-benzoxycarbonyl-glycyl-L-proline (5 mmol). Densitometry at 280 or 300 nm, with subtraction of the absorbance at 350 nm. A simple and fast method for verifying the presence of an enantiomer or racemate in a pharmaceutical formulation.,
Arzneim.-Forsch./Drug Res. 45 (I), 190-194, (1995). TLC of 12 chloroethyl nitrosourea analogues of cholesterol on silica with dichloromethane, dichloromethane - hexane 7:3, dichloromethane - methanol 49:1. Detection under UV.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 9, 116-119 (1996). HPTLC of ketoprofen, molsidomine, fusidic acid, pitofenone, and fenpiverinium on silica with chloroform - ethyl acetate - methanol 5:1:4, chloroform - cyclohexane - acetic acid - methanol 40:6:4:1, chloroform - acetone 8:2 and tetrahydrofuran - methanol - acetic acid 5:3:2. Detection under UV 254 nm. Quantification by densitometry at 233, 290 and 316 nm (absorbance). Recoveries 98.5 to 102.9%; RSD 0.7 to 1.9%. Simple, fast and reliable TLC procedure.
