The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:

Two-component model explaining 77 % of the total variance. Each drug is characterized on a plane by two principal component scores. For the identification of unknowns the method provides a drastically reduced short list of possible candidates. The 4 eluent systems are: a) methanol - NH3 100:1.5, b) cyclohexane - toluene - diethylamine 75:15:10, c) chloroform - methanol 9:1, d) acetone.

      Merck Spectrum (Darmstadt) 2, 61 (1988). TLC determination of barbiturates (hexo-, amo-, cyclo- and phenobarbital) on silica with chloroform - acetone 1:1. Spray reagent: 5 g mercury(II)oxide suspended in 100 mL water, 20 mL conc. sulfuric acid added with stirring. After cooling the reagent is diluted to 250 mL with water (Reagent I). 100 mg of diphenylcarbazone dissolved in 100 mL chloroform (Reagent II). Visualization by spraying with I, drying, spraying with II and under UV 366 nm.
