Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
Indian Drugs 44 (3), 220-223 (2007). TLC of the volatile oil of Sufoof-E-Suzak Qawi, an Unani medicine, on silica gel with different mobile phases. Detection under UV 254 and 366 nm, and with vanillin sulphuric acid reagent, iodine vapour, and 5 % ethanol sulphuric acid.
Indian Drugs 44 (2), 117-121 (2007). HPTLC of rutine in methanolic extracts of powdered and dried Morus alba Linn. leaves, on silica gel with ethyl acetate - formic acid - glacial acetic acid - water 16:1:1:2. Detection and quantification of rutine by densitometric scanning at 254 nm. The method was validated for its precision. The accuracy of the method was checked by conducting recovery studies at three different levels of rutin and the average percentage recovery of rutin was found to be 96.9%. The proposed HPTLC method provided a good resolution of rutine from other constituents and can be used for quantitation of rutine present in the leaves of Morus alba Linn.
59th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress F-95, 414, (2007). HPTLC of granisetron hydrochloride on silica gel aluminium plates with chloroform - methanol 4:1, with 0.1 mL of ammonia. The hRf value of granisetron hydrochloride was 42. Densitometry in absorbance mode at 301 nm. Linearity was between 400 and 1600 ng/zone. The limit of detection and quantification was 80 ng and 160 ng/zone, respectively. The drug was subjected to acid and alkali hydrolysis, oxidative and thermal degradation. The degration products were well separated from the main compound.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 20, 463-475 (2007). TLC of chlorpromazine hydrochloride, trifluoperazine dihydrochloride, promazine hydrochloride, and doxepin hydrochloride on silica gel with 1-butanol - aqueous ammonia solution 5:1 or cyclohexane - acetone - diethylamine 8:1:1 after saturation with mobile phase vapor. Detection by inspection under UV light at 254 nm. Scanning densitometry was performed at 254 nm and at the wavelengths of maximum absorbance of the substances.
59th Indian Pharmaceutical Congress F-55, 402, (2007). HPTLC of metformin hydrochloride on silica gel with methanol - chloroform - ammonium acetate 6:3:1. Densitometry at 236 nm. The method has a range from 100 - 300 ng/zone. The limit of detection and quantification was 25 ng and 100 ng/zone, respectively. The method was applied for analysis of metformin hydrochloride in multi-component formulations containing glipizide, gliclazide and glibenclamide as well as in serum.
Arzneim.-Forsch./Drug Res. 56, 753-759 (2006). TLC of twelve new 5-aryl-1H-pyrrole analogs of celecoxib on silica gel with chloroform - ethanol 20:3 and ethanol - chloroform - toluene - 0.5 M ammonium acetate 6:6:6:1. Detection under UV 254 nm.
Asian J. Chem. 19(2), 1487-1493 (2007). TLC of ambroxol HCl and cetirizine HCl on silica gel with methanol - ethyl acetate - toluene - ammonia 3:10:12:1. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 231 nm. The hRf value of ambroxol HCl was 78 and of cetirizine HCl 40. The calibration curve response was observed between 4 and 10 µg for ambroxol HCl and 0.4 and 0.8 µg for cetirizine HCl via peak height and area. The percent drug estimated for ambroxol HCl and cetirizine HCl from marketed formulation was 99.9, 100.2 by height and 100.8, 99.1 by area respectively. Recovery of ambroxol HCl via peak height and via peak area was 102.7 and 100.0 % respectively, and for cetirizine HCl 99.3 and 98.1 %.
Asian J. Chem. 19(7), 5582-5586 (2007). HPTLC of telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide on silica gel with ethyl acetate - chloroform - methanol 10:3:1. Absorbance measurement at 270 nm. The method was linear in the range of 500-750 ng/µL and 1600-2400 µg/µL for hydrochlorothiazide and telmisartan respectively. The recovery was 99.4-99.6 % for both compounds.
