Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
The effect of support and the organic phase in the eluent. Chromatographia 25, 908-914 (1988). Determination of the lipophilicity of some photosynthetic pigments by reversed-phase TLC on silica, alumina, cellulose, polyamide and diatomaceous earth with water - acetone and water - ethanol. Investigation of the effect of support and the organic phase in the eluent.
J. Chromatogr. 538, 157-164 (1991). TLC of the commercial and CCC-purified substances on silica with acetone – chloroform – butyl amine 132:48:9. Spectrophotometry after band scraping.
Proc. 9th Internat. Symp. Instr. Chromatogr., Interlaken, April 9.-11., 305-310 (1997). OPLC of quinoline yellow, sunset yellow, cochineal red A, indigo carmine, tartrazine, amaranth, erythrozine, on silica with mixed ternary phases as eluent. Detection by densitometry. For quantification the following mobile phases were chosen as the best: NH3 - methanol - ethyl acetate 1:3:6 and NH3 - ethyl methyl ketone - butanol 2:3:5. Densitometry.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 17, 444-448 (2004). TLC of 16 naphthalimide dyes, 17 benzanthrone dyes, 20 triazine dyes, and 17 fluorescent brighteners on (mainly) silica gel with n-heptane - acetone 1:1 and 3:1, chloroform - methanol 1:1 and 2:1, n-heptane - benzene - chloroform 3:2:1, n-heptane - chloroform - acetone 2:2:1, n-butanol - pyridine - 25 % ammonia 1:1:1, chloroform - methanol - 25 % ammonia 11:5:1, n-propanol - 25 % ammonia 1:1 and 2:1, n-butanol - acetic acid - water 4:1:5. Quantitative determination by UV-scanning densitometry.
Anal. Chem. 81, 3056-3062 (2009). TLC of organic dyes and pigments (alizarin, purpurin, carminic acid, lac dye, crocin, Cape jasmin) on silica gel with toluene - acetic acid - methanol 9:2:2. After sample application a centrifuged citrate-reduced silver colloid was spotted on top of the applied zones. SER spectra were recorded soon after application of the colloids.
J. Sep. Sci. 38, 2737-2745 (2015). 2D-HPTLC of malachite green, methyl red, p-amino-azo-benzene and rhodamine on a dual-phase monolithic layer with ethyl acetate - ethanol - water 5:4:9. Detection of the separated dyes was performed with surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy. The dual-phase of hydrolyzed glycidyl methacrylate-ethylene dimethacrylate and butyl methacrylate-ethylene dimethacrylate monolithic porous polymer with a slant boundary was prepared by two-step polymerization method allowing the separation of low-molecular weight dyes.

Rapid Commun. Mass Spectrom. 31, 983-990 (2017). HPTLC of Pilot FriXon erasable ball pen ink on silica gel with methanol containing 1 % acetic acid. Detection by desorption electrospray ionization (DESI) coupled with an LTQ mass spectrometer. The hRF values of ink components in the ink mixture were 20, 30, 37, 50, 65 and 78.
J. Chromatogr. 454, 352-356 (1988). TLC of azo dyes on acetylated paper with C1-C4 alcohols in mixtures with water or NH3.
