Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 39, 404-407 (1991). Detection by spraying with 0.25% solution of Rhodamine 6G in acetone and viewing under UV.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 49, 2363-2369 (2001). TLC of metalaxyl and [phenyl-14C] metalaxyl on soil plates: Plates prepared by grinding the soil samples, sieving and spreading the slurry over glass plates. Application of the samples on the plates stored overnight at a humidity of 70%. Distilled water was used as mobile phase. Detection by Bio-Image Analyzer.
J. Liq. Chromatogr. Relat. Technol. 31, 1943-1958 (2008). TLC of salicylanilide on silica gel and silica gel mixed with Kieselguhr (with and without brilliant green as a detection reagent) with chloroform in a chamber saturated for 30 min. Detection without a reagent and by treatment with a 50 mg/100mL aqueous solution of brilliant green. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 597, 305, and 268 nm. Proposition of a new index to evaluate objectively the visualizing effects of detected substances on thin layer using a densitometric method. The limit of detection, detection index, broadening index, modified contrast index, densitometric visualizing index, and linearity range were used to evaluate the visualizing effects of salicylanilide.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 6, 326-327 (1993). TLC on silica with acetone - formamide 95:5 for 10 cm and after drying with toluene for 19 cm. After densitometry by absorbance at 300 nm for the determination of thiabendazole plates were sprayed from the origin with Dragendorff's reagent, and from 10 cm beyond the solvent front with Fast Blue B reagent. Absorbance was measured at 450 and 500 nm for the determination of imazalil and o-phenylphenol, respectively.
leaves, including a new quinolone alkaloid. J. Agric. Food Chem. 51, 890-896 (2003). TLC of fungicides (benomyl, captan), furanocoumarins (4-hydroxy, 7-hydroxy-, 7-methoxycoumarin), and quinoline and quinolone alkaloids on silica gel with various amounts of hexane - ethyl acetate and methanol - ethyl acetate. Detection by exposure to iodine vapor, under UV 254 and 366 nm, and by spraying with Dragendorff and anisaldehyde reagent. Preparative TLC of 5- and 8-methoxypsoralen, 2-[4'-(3',4'-methylenedioxyphenyl)butyl]-4-quinolone, 1-methyl-2-[6'-(3',4'-methylenedioxyphenyl)hexyl]-4-quinolone, graveoline (1-methyl-2-[3',4'-(methylenedioxy)phenyl)-4-quinolone; bioautography by spraying with a spore suspension of Colletotrichum spp. and incubation in a moisture chamber for 3 days at 26°C.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 23, 18-22 (2010). TLC of amphotericin B on silica gel with chloroform - methanol - borate buffer (pH 8.3) 4:5:1 in a chamber pre-saturated for 20 min. Detection under UV 366 nm. The hRf of the main component was 46, and of the minor component 31. Quantitative determination by absorbance measurement at 385 nm. Direct bioautography with Candida albicans proved to be the most sensitive method, with a detection limit of 0.8 ng per spot. For densitometric evaluation of plates at 385 nm ten times more substance is required.
J. Chromatogr. 642, 249-260 (1993). Review of chromatographic methods, with 14 references related to TLC.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 49, 2352-2358 (2001). TLC of metalaxyl (N-(2,6-dimethylphenyl)-N-(methoxyacetyl)-DL-alaninate) and metabolites on silica gel with ethyl acetate - 2-propanol - water 65:23:12. Measurement of the radioactive zones with a Bio-Image Analyzer.
