Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS
Our CCBS database includes more than 11,000 abstracts of publications. Perform your own detailed search of TLC/HPTLC literature and find relevant information.
The Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service CCBS contains all abstracts of CBS issues beginning with CBS 51. The database is updated after the publication of every other CBS edition. Currently the Cumulative CAMAG Bibliography Service includes more than 11'000 abstracts of publications between 1983 and today. With the online version you can perform your own detailed TLC/HPTLC literature search:
- Full text search: Enter a keyword, e.g. an author's name, a substance, a technique, a reagent or a term and see all related publications
- Browse and search by CBS classification: Select one of the 38 CBS classification categories where you want to search by a keyword
- Keyword register: select an initial character and browse associated keywords
- Search by CBS edition: Select a CBS edition and find all related publications
Registered users can create a tailor made PDF of selected articles throughout CCBS search – simply use the cart icon on the right hand of each abstract to create your individual selection of abstracts. You can export your saved items to PDF by clicking the download icon.

J. Agric. Food Chem. 45, 1244-1250 (1997). TLC of cyanazine (2-[[4-chloro-6-(ethylamino)-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl]amino]-2-methyl-propionitrile) on silica with ethyl acetate - toluene - methanol 50:50:3. Quantification by densitometry at 220 nm.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 16, 71-75 (2003). TLC of 4 groups of s-triazines (14 compounds) on silica gel impregnated with paraffin, with water - acetone, water - acetonitrile and water - dioxane in different ratios without chamber saturation and in the dark. Observation of the dark spots under UV 254 nm.
J. Liquid Chrom. 9, 3433-3436 (1986). TLC of atrazine, simazine, 2,4-D,silvex, and 2,4,5-T at 10 ppb levels in natural water samples after solid phase extraction on disposable C18 columns. Separation on preadsorbent silica gel layers impregnated with AgNO3 with hexane - acetic acid - ether 72:30:16. Detection by UV. Densitometry by absorbance. Recoveries 70-66 % for triazines and 93-1 00 % for chlorophenoxy acid herbicides.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 39, 801-804 (1991). TLC of 2,4-dichlorophenol and derivatives on silica with benzene. Detection and quantification with (radio) TLC-linear analyzer.
J. Agric. Food Chem. 45, 1479-1485 (1997). Analytical and preparative TLC of prosulfuron (1-(4'-methoxy-6'-methyltriazin-2-yl)-3-[[2'-(3',3',3'-trifluoropropyl)phenyl]sulfonyl]urea) and metabolites on silica with dichloromethane - acetonitrile - formic acid 84:14:0.25 and 72:25:1. Detection under UV 254 nm, followed by consecutive spraying and heating with ceric ammonium sulfate and Dragendorff's reagent.
Proc. Intern. Symp. on Planar Separations Plan. Chrom. 423-432 (2003). TLC of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, 2-methyl-4-chloro-phenoxypropionic acid, 2,4-dichloropropionic acid, and 2,4-dichlorobutyric acid on precoated silica gel plates and silica gel, prewashed, and impregnated with Cu(II), Co(II) and Fe(III) salts with heptane - dioxane - acetic acid 60:40:1. Visualization of spots on precoated plates under UV 254 nm. The best results have been achieved with silica gel impregnated with 0.2 % CuSO4. In addition to efficient separation, such impregnation makes possible visualization without further use of reagents or UV lamps. New method for separation and identification.
J. Planar Chromatogr. 20, 95-99 (2007). TLC of atrazine and simazine on silica gel with hexane - chloroform - acetone 12:5:3 with chamber saturation. Detection under UV light at 254 nm. Also quantitative evaluation. The genetic algorithm proved to be an optimization procedure which can be successfully applied to optimization of microwave-assisted extraction experiments. Application of recovery experiments from spiked soil.
